I needed car service to Dulles Airport early in the morning. I stumbled on to Star's website and thought I would give them a try. I asked for pickup at 630am. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and patiently waited while I finished up a few things. The driver was very courteous and friendly. We arrived to the airport with plenty of time to spare.
On my return to Dulles I decided to book with them again. I was scheduled to take a red-eye flight out of California and arrive into Dulles at 645am. The flight was overbooked and I got rebooked on a flight the next morning. I called Star at around 1am east coast time and they accommodated my change request without any trouble. The driver was waiting for me at baggage claim when I arrived and I had a pleasant drive home. Excellent service that I plan to use again. To go from Manassas to Dulles was $86 including taxes and tip.
