I cannot say enough great things about this company! The booking experience was extremely easy and everything was well worth the price! I wish I would have gotten the driver's name because he was amazing and deserves all of the praise! If I were to ever book with this company again I would request him over and over again! We made it on time everywhere and he even made a quick stop for us!

Wonderful service. We know we took long to review but our experience with A1 Limousine was above and beyond our wildest dreams. We hired the party bus and the Cadillac escalade with the jet door for our wedding. Both vehicles were on time, clean, beautiful and pristine. Olga drove the Escalade and she was incredible communicating with our wedding party. Alex the party bus driver was on top of things making sure everything was perfect, he was patient and caring. I can't stop raving to my friends about them. I recommend them to everyone & everyone.

31-August-2021 A1 Limo Confirmation # 072921-102957-SA Lufthansa changed our flight to the next day due to moving to US with large dog. Lufthansa flight packed and could not accommodate as booked. Called A1 Limo, who told us "sorry no changes, and no refund." We explained that flight change was through not our doing and their response was the same.

This booking was made through the large Chicagoland corporation that my husband has worked for many years and I am going to do everything within my power that they no longer use A1 Limo. I suggest you do same. Incredibly poor business model. Customer Service, absent.

I used A1 Limousine Services for both my bachelorette party and wedding day and was super happy and pleased both times. They were very accommodating for my bachelorette party. We decided to get a party bus about 3 hours before the party and they took care of. For my wedding, our wonderful driver, Oleg went out of his way to make our day extra special. If using A1 Limousine, I would highly recommend Oleg.

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time & amazing service. This by far beats any other limo service we have used. Dealing with COVID-19 isn't an easy thing these days, but I have to say A1 limousine have it down. The driver was professional and on time, the sprinter limo was sanitized, extremely clean inside & out, smelt amazing, nicest driver you could ask for. Knew everywhere he was going to make sure he had us at each place dropped off & picked up at the front door at every location.

A1 Limousine is one of the best transportation companies in the city of Chicago. We've used them many times, and they always go above and beyond to make our experience the best one imaginable. They are professional, properly insured, and have trained chauffeurs that know the city and all of the cool places you could want to visit while traveling around on their stretch limousines or party buses.

A1 Limousine Service actually provided shuttles for our wedding, and limousine for our rehearsal dinner the night before and a party bus on our wedding day. The shuttle van traveled from downtown Chicago and Lincoln Park. It was easy to arrange and I made a lot of different changes up until the day before the events which were never a problem. The drivers were courteous and my A1's team was delighted.

We had a passenger vehicle following the bus from the loop each night and the driver was very careful not to lose the car. It was a great experience and we would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommend service from O'Hare Airport to downtown Chicago was fantastic. My group's flight was delayed by 2 hrs, but the driver was very nice and waited patiently. We booked the luxury Sprinter van and both inside and out were clean
