Absolutely wonderful experience, I called them several times and they gave me updated information every time. They called me 5 hours before our pick up time to give me the drivers name and number. I then called the driver to confirm everything, he answered right away and told me not to worry, he would bring my girls home safe and he did. He was there early and brought them home safe and sound. The ride to the Airport was excellent. Our driver Robert was on time and so efficient. Great personality had us laughing the whole way. On the way back Michael was waiting for us with a sign! Very professional and warm friendly people. From the person that took my request. Done to Mr. Hellman who picked me up and took me toy dentist appointment and back home. I fell down last year I messed up both my knees andy left arm, wrist and hip down to the bone and muscle. Although I have healed a little I have problems with my one knee more than the other.

After the appointment I was so tried. It truly was a blessing to have A-1 limousine service there to take me home. I could relax, knowing I was in good hands. Driving was excellent. They totally rock.

My A-1 driver today was Youssef. He was extremely professional and personable. He arrived appropriately ahead of scheduled time and waited patiently in the car as I gathered my bags. The drive to the airport was comfortable and pleasant. I have used A-1 Limousine in Princeton for over 23 years for both business and family transportation. They continue to provide professional, consistent and reliable service.

We were fortunate to request A1 services to travel from our apartment in Bucks County, PA, to Newark airport on December 27 early morning and back again last night, January 3. On 12/27 the fine driver, Youssef (spelling?) took very good care of us, and drove us in a late-model Cadillac. He is a gentleman, pleasant and a careful driver. I was very pleased, since I began using A-1 many years ago, soon after the service began.

We lived in Princeton for 51 years. Last night Rasheed was waiting for us at the baggage collection area and took good care of elderly tired travels as we awaited for a long time, our two bags to arrive. My driver, Linda Rasa, was waiting for me when I arrived at the terminal. She was pleasant and had a great smile on her face & in her voice. The trip to my sons home was pleasant and Linda was a great driver. I would recommend A-1 and Linda in particular to anyone who want great transportation in the New Jersey area. They will not be disappointed!

I booked the car service for my son to get to the airport from his school. We needed to change the day of travel and Tom couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating! The driver was on time and made the whole experience very easy and pleasant!

Traveling alone, I can always depend on A1's drivers to be there on time, even when flights are delayed or changed. Most recently, on my return from warm FLORIDA weather to grey, cold and wet Philadelphia, I was particularly fortunate to have a wonderful gentleman who went out of his way to take care of me, even texting me as my plane touched down to let me know he was there waiting for me. His musical choice of Tchaikovsky's Ninth Symphony was an added treat on the ride home.

Our driver, Jason, was on time (actually ten minutes early) and used an alternate route to avoid traffic. We arrived twenty minutes early, which was excellent. The car was clean and comfortable. I would use A-1 Limousine in the future. Jason certainly deserves a raise! Service: Delivery

Like many. my vacation plans were change on a very short notice to Puerto Rico and I was forced to stay local. I used A-1 Limo for a pick up and drop off to AC and it was outstanding! Michelle M, assisted. me the day before my travels and put my worries and mind at ease. Michelle ensured my group and I traveled in comfort, luxury, and one time. My chauffeur was simply fabulous.

I didn't lift a finger from my home or when I arrived at the hotel. He's definitely a must have in all my future reservations with A-1 Limo. To anyone that's contemplating with hiring them. I'd like to make a few points. First this is first 1 star review I've ever written for any company. Second Jeff was truly an amazing driver. Third, I was never going to write a review until I spoke to Michelle. This is a lot to read so if you want to skip the story, here's the point of this review. Beware of this company. I suggest you to not. to use them.

I will never use them again. A-1 had poor communication with our venue and the driver, they never realized the bridge to our reception ( a venue they have been to before) wasn't able to hold the weight of the bus they were using. This caused the driver to take a different route, causing our guests to be 40 min late to our wedding.

The best service! Friendly drivers both to and from JFK, awesome timing and cold beverage at the ready. Way to go! Thank you Claudia! You made our vacation even more relaxing.

In a panic, learning that I had to make last minute changes to my itinerary, I called to find out if those changes could be accommodated sooner rather than later. The personnel were extremely helpful and were more than happy to assist with those changes. I am a long-time customer and will always use A1 over any other service available.

We used them to take us to and pick us up from a wedding in Brooklyn. They were on time and texted when they got there. The drivers (Scott and then Hal) were very professional, friendly, but most important, excellent drivers. We would absolutely use them again.
