A & A Limousine Service

We had a drop off at Philly Airport at 5:30 am and a pick up 10 days later at 6am. Both drivers were on time, very pleasant and courteous. We would recommend them very highly and will definitely be using them for all our airport needs in the future.

On one of the busiest weekends of the year (prom, graduations, weddings), they accommodated a pickup at Newark airport on VERY short notice. The flight was rescheduled 3 times in less then 24 hours and the driver Barbara accommodated the client and picked him up early to take him to the airport so he could sort out his flight. Huge recommendation + thank you!

Bashar was Early, very attentive and cordial the service was exceptional and I look forward to using this company again for all of my future events.

Outstanding from the get go. Friendly customer service with setting up the trip to NYC. Friendly and patient as I called back at least 3 times to ask questions / modify reservation, and they were very helpful with suggestions. Contact from driver day before added peace of mind, and indeed here was at the house early for the pick up. Despite horrendous weather, a needed pit stop and a lot of traffic the driver got us to the destination in time for our reservation, never making us feel unsafe while he navigated the conditions. (I would never want his job of driving a stretch limo in NYC traffic!) Pick up after the show (again despite typical dense NYC traffic) was smooth and a nice quiet ride home. Driver professional, courteous and most importantly a good driver! I will (and am) using them again. Outstanding!

I had this limo majorly cut me off on Schoenersville Rd on 4/27/22 at 5:15pm. The driver wasn't even close to having room to get over in my lane. What a poor example for the company. I wouldn't want to trust this driver with my life. Don't be in such a rush! There was no one behind me. Terrible to put other drivers and people you transport at risk.

This company goes above and beyond for their customers, time after time they go above and beyond. I am a long time customer and would refer them to my family. A few examples, I was dropped at the airport, my reservation was cancelled at the last minute, the driver was called, he turned around with no problem to get me and take me home. He had another run but the office cleared his schedule to pick me up.

Another example of their professionalism, I had a very sick dog, no way to get him to the animal hospital, they sent a car to my house ASAP to save my dog. Thank you to this company, thank you so much.

I've used limousine services in New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles and a few others in my travels. My experiences with A & A Limousine far exceed all of those for professionalism, politeness and punctuality. Rides to airports or special occasions, A&A has consistently been the best. Used them for both our sons' wedding and our daughters wedding. Outstanding every time.

I've used A&A three times now and can say that every experience has been met with professionalism and satisfaction! I referred them to two friends that also used them and all of us have been very pleased. Always clean vehicles and family friendly. I would recommend them to use for any event.

Bad customer service. I called inquiring a car for a ride to the airport for next week. The lady said "it's Sunday, I'm at my house" and i apologized but any car service I've ever used, nation wide, has never not worked on sundays. so that was rude. And then i asked her what the total would be and she said "$89 but you can just Uber". That comment was extremely unnecessary and obviously not good for your business. And if I wanted to just Uber don't you think I would? Very rude. Seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with my business.

I recently attended a bachelor party and A&A limousine was our transport service. The employee/driver was Jason Trinkle, usually I don't do this type of stuff but I feel obligated to do so. From the moment we were picked up till the time we were dropped off, we were treated professionally and very respectfully. Jason went out of his way to make sure me, and all passengers were taking care off.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for transport services! Oh and don't let me forget, make sure you request Jason trinkle. I know I will be for future needs!

Terrible customer service. I admitted before my call that I was calling with short notice and the woman at the front desk laughed and just said "you won't find transportation anywhere that close in advance." My wedding is a month away and thought I'd try to get shuttle service. Didn't know a simple no was hard to ask from someone. Take your business here if you like being mocked about bringing your business to someone!

I called and spoke to TRACY about a car transport from my address to LVIA. She informed me to phone back 4 days before to schedule the transport and so I noted the conversation in my calendar. 4 days ahead, I phoned the number from my call history A&A LIMO, yes, I remember who I called and the snarky biaotch who answered the phone tells me "You must have the wrong place because we charge "$144 plus tip and tax!" I asked if Tracy was there she mentioned she was due in at 1:30 pm.

I couldn't visit that day. So stopped by yesterday and the snarky loudmouth who answered the phone shouts, "Me? I didn't get rude! Not me!" Then the piquant in the corner pipes up, "F%^& You!" GET OUT, Get off my property or I'll call the police." He kept disparaging me and I left promising to give him a JUST REVIEW! BEWARE consumers! They are not integrous people who if you don't stand up to their waivering quotes, they turn NASTY!

Great limo service! The vehicle was extremely clean and the driver was very personable. Pick up/drop off was timely and the ride was very smooth. I would definitely use their service again!

Kudos to our driver, Charlie! He called as expected to confirm our trip. Was at the pick up destination before we were and was totally fine when a few of our guests were late arriving. Dropped us off and waited until we were set up with our plans before we left. He also texted when he was at the pick up location ( half hour early). He made our trip Stress free and couldn't have been more professional. This is the second time in 3 months I have used this company and both times were exceptional. Thank you. CDS

I would give 0 stars if I could. My aunt reserved an SUV months before a trip to take my family (2 adults and two children with car seats) to the Philly airport (along with reservations to take us all back to Bethlehem upon arriving back). Our aunt texted the driver she had requested the day before our trip and plans were confirmed. Well at 5:00 AM the day of our trip, no one came nor called.

My husband called a contact number and was given some excuse of drivers being rerouted, etc. We cancelled our reservation back and ended up driving ourselves to the airport. But a no call/no show deserves 0 starts in my book! Do not use this service!

Terrible service, rude got lost and ran out of gas! The owner is a shit bag!

I have used this company several times in the last year and other years but today I was trying to get a reservation for them to pick up my son on Jan 4. A certain person by the name of Dan was taking my information. When I was looking for the information that I needed in the same device that I am using talking, he blurted out that I should have all that information before I call.

I said I could send this information by email and he said they don't take reservation my email. I seem to remember that they have a form that one fills out to get a reservation, but I thought to call them will be faster. The guy was rude and I told him so. I ask to talk to his manager, Cara and he said that she was not there because of the snow.

This guy was very unprofessional. So the reservation was set up but as I hung up, I was getting furious with the way he dealt with me. So when I got a notification from my credit card that the fee was charged, I called A & A back to cancel my reservation. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and it was reversed. A&A is losing my business and so I book J & J Limo service instead who were very much nicer in dealing with me.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Rude from the get go, driver not in a tux, wouldn't help us in and out of the car, drive like a maniac and so on! The manager called to hear my side of the story after I complained. He pretty much told me it was "just a drop off" so we didn't get the best service. Oh yea, this was a wedding. The bride was in a full gown. Please call another service. You will thank me.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. We rented the party bus and from the beginning of the trip, the driver was rude. He didnt know how to get to the location and ended up driving through the back roads to the venue when it was directly accessible by highways. This took over an hour and half extra to get there.

Despite our frustration, we remained calm and politely asked them he recheck the route. He was so angry that he then refused to talk with us, called his boss, and asked us to walk the remaining way! Unbelievable especially since he made us so late to our own wedding. If we had actually got out the Limo, he would have driven away and left us in an unknown area to fend for ourselves. The worst part of this is that owner of the company told us to do this. I would strongly advise you never ever to use this company. Horrible Horrible.

For my best friends wedding - the mother of the bride obtained this service to transport the bridal party to the wedding which was 1 hour and 10 minutes away. As we began driving we noticed the driver was going a very strange way. About an hour and a half into the ride ( where the bride was already late for her photographer) we questioned the driver on the way he was going.

We looked on our GPS to see that we were still 40 minutes away! The mother of the bride called the company to question how they were driving and why they did not know where they were going in a very calm manner. The owner of the company preceeded to tell the mother to SHUT UP! He told her that she better shut up or we would all be walking over the bridge.

He cursed and was absolutely horrific - never in my life have any of us seen such despicable customer service. As soon as they hung up the phone the driver pulled over and told us that we were not going ANYWHERE! They wanted us to get off the bus - this just made no sense. We did not do anything wrong - we were simply wondering why it was taking us double the time to get to the venue.

Once pulled over - we had to have the bride and her sisters get out of the limo and get into a car with a friend who was driving because she was so late for her appointments. The owner of the company said he was going to press criminal charges and continued threatening the mother of the bride. We all watched in shock and dismay and thought we were having a trick played on us.

The mother had already paid in full including tip and this company was absoultely disgusting. All the owner should have said was " we are so sorry that it is taking a long time to get there - we willl do our best to get you there." He did the opposite. He cursed and he threatened and he made the entire bridal party over an hour late and made us feel unsafe.

Finally the driver continued and got the rest of us there - after over two hours of travel. This is the most unreliable, disgusting company with absolute audacity. If you are smart and want to get to your event on time and treated with respect then STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
