I never usually do this but I have to write a review about how extremely unprofessional this company is. I'm next married next month and was looking for a limo to take us less than 20 miles from our venue to our hotel. I googled services in the area and reached out to a couple companies for quotes. One was this company. They quoted me a price FOUR times the amount of the other companies.
I wasn't sure if they misinterpreted the service I was inquiring about so I wrote them to let them know they are quoting 4x the amount of their competitors and wanted to double check the price. They responded SO unprofessional, I can't believe a company allowed someone to respond to a customer like this. They were argumentative, defensive and told me "good luck with your other quotes, you get what you pay for." Try taking constructive feedback from your customers and maybe reconsider your quotes if you want more business. Beware working with people who argue back with customers. Not friendly or helpful. Would never use or recommend this company.

Not professional at all. Look at how they respond to any negative feedback. After leaving a review of MY experience trying to work with these people they continue to prove my original point which is they are unprofessional and cannot take any constructive feedback or criticism and always believe they are right, not the customer. Beware working with people like this. They continue to email me argumentative because I left a review about my experience. You can't bully people that leave a review. Do not contact me again.

I had a very disappointing experience recently with this company. I feel I was treated unfairly when I was charged for three trips to the airport instead of two due to a flight delay. This policy was not disclosed prior to booking the reservation. The driver even admitted to me that he had just pulled off the lot of the business and never even got to the airport.
When I reported it to the better business bureau the owner resorted to name calling and accused me of bullying and retaliation. I kindly asked him to meet me half way with a reduction on my credit card for the service that was not completed to which he adamantly refused. A future credit was offered however I fear being charged doubly again should I experience another flight delay or cancellation.
My husband and I are new to the area and tried this service for the first time but WILL NOT recommended them. There are other services out there equally good that do not have this cancellation policy. Edit: After reading the response from the owner of this limo service I feel the public needs to have clarification. There was no gesture of good faith for the current charges and we did not spit the difference for the incomplete service trip of $155 to be credited back to my company's card.
All total I was charged $465 for a round trip to the airport and back. There was no mistake on my part my flight was delayed which made me miss my connecting flight, a situation not in my control. The owner has been very unprofessional in correspondence with me including his response to my review. I intend to only let others know about my experience because I don't want them to be charged like I was in an unfair business practice that is not disclosed upfront.
The part that bothers me the most is that full disclosure of the company's policy to charge a full rate for postponing was not communicated upfront when I called for pricing information nor is it listed on any of their marketing materials or a disclaimer on their website. When I asked the question of staff they could not tell me what the policy was.
A business has a responsibility to inform and educate their customers to make a good decision when selecting a service. If a 24 hour notice is required for cancellation Fine. But to be blindsided by a charge that I was not expecting was very unsettling. My statement is honest and truthful. I do not need to use a service that tries to discredit the integrity of a customer who is trying to provide constructive feedback. A future credit on a ride to the airport is something I cannot benefit from if I do not trust the service in the first place.

If I could leave more then 5 stars I would! Had an amazing experience for my 28th birthday. My girlfriends and I rented the triple axle H2 and had the experience of a lifetime. The driver Norm made sure that we were taken exceptional care of. We went to Orlando bar hoping and every time we called Norm he was on standby and was always right there to pick us up.
I over did it and drank to much and felt ill and Norm was right there making sure I had enough water to hydrate myself with. The office was very informative about their services and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I highly recommend them and we will definitely being using them again in the future!

Excellent limo service! Our driver Norm was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire night, and was accommodating to our party's needs. The Hummer stretch limo we had rented was immaculately clean and contained everything we needed to have a great time. We will most definitely be booking with A Night To Remember again for our next special occasion!

As a returning customer, I can honestly say that A Night to Remember Limousine is the most professional Limousine company I have dealt with by far! I have used most of their cars they offer and every one of them have been spotless and prepared for us to enjoy our evening to its fullest. Very impressive! The drivers are very accommodating and helpful with recommendations on great places to dine etc.

This past weekend we booked the party bus, and a stretch limo for a wedding reception. The service and conditions of the vehicles was impeccable, the drivers were extremely friendly and courteous and very professional, they even went out of the way to accommodate children seats, as well as accommodate our other last minutes requests. From the point of our initial contact till the end, the entire staff of A Night to Remember limousine has been second to noon, they understand the needs to the clients and cater to deliver it with great service and excellence. We will definitely use them at the next opportunity and highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent service.
