We were picked up on time, BUT the driver asked ME for directions. I am from 14 hours away, and they told me they would take me exactly where I needed to go. The vehicle had an odd smell that was very disturbing to my boyfriend. He was just as angry as I. We were very upset that we paid good money for the services, but had to provide our own directions (that thankfully we printed out the information for other members in our family). Value, not so great. Experience was the same. I would recommend going somewhere else.
