My husband booked me the car service for airport transportation this week and Michele was absolutely phenomenal. She was communicative, punctual, friendly and helpful. You can really tell that she strives to provide the best service possible and ensures that you are truly taken care of. She is so kind, compassionate and went above and beyond. Not as advertised. I booked a Holiday Lights Tour before Thanksgiving. I made the inquiry and requested a quote through the website on November 13th for the 14 passenger Stretch Excursion for a December 18th tour. The reply said, "based on you request" and included the cost for up to 14 passengers. In a later email I was told ice and water would be provided, we could bring our own beverage. Bluetooth for music. Dec 18 rolls around and right on time, a 2005 town car limousine pulls up in front of my house.
When we get in, the chauffeur hands me a roll of paper towels and says we might need them for the window fog. (even the windshield defroster did not work). There was no ice, no water, and no bluetooth. Radio only. The only reason I give the evening 2 stars is the tour was well planned and the selected displays were worthy. The accommodations took all of the elegance and adventure out of the booking.
What irritates me the most is I booked early enough that my fare should not have been sold. There is more, but I have said enough. I did not plan to give a bad review. but when I emailed A-Star to express my dissatisfaction, it was not acknowledged. I do not recommend this Limousine Service, very disappointed.

A Star Limousine was very Professional and very caring in our needs for the evening, communication between the driver Les and I was top notch, Not to mention Safety was met as we cruised thru the area of Spokane looking for Christmas lights. Time flew by and we definitely were pleased to have such a great Service that evening let alone feel Safe at all times. Michelle accommodated our needs upon booking A Star Limousine came thru .

My wife booked a limousine through A-Star Limousine for a girls night out for this last Saturday night. A limousine didn't show up, a van did. It was a large van, but still - a van, not a limo. Yes, on their website they list an Excursion, a Suburban, and a Van - all these are listed as limousines. Might want to change the name to A-Star Van and SUV service.
The van showed up 20 minutes late and was filthy inside. I didn't ride in the van but it was my credit card that paid for it so I'm writing the review. The gals were disappointed with the experience overall. Vehicles for hire should be immaculately clean.

I wanted to treat my girlfriend to a nice ride from the Spokane Airport to the DoubleTree Hotel in Spokane, about 8 miles away. I contact Michele through the number on their website via text. She got back to me right away and set it all up for me. I also did a return trip back to the airport the next day. Les picked us up at the airport in their stretch SUV right outside baggage claim curbside.
He was right in front and had a sign, very easy to find. He was very professional and the vehicle was very clean and nice inside. The next morning Michele picked us up personally in her SUV to take us back to the airport. She was on time, and the vehicle was very clean as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs reliable transportation needs in this area.

Arrived at the airport and was picked up in a late model year car. service was great. on the return trip was sent a very old sub par vehicle. we also asked about a second car and later changed our mind. She confirmed only one car via text but still sent and charged for two. when I called or text to discuss charges I was immediately blocked and never got a return call

We hired A-Star for a surprise 16th birthday party for our grandson and several of his friends. This turned out to be an excellent idea, a whole lot of fun, and a great day for everyone. I used A Star to rent a limo for my son's Sr. prom and they were fantastic! Coordinating ten 17 yr olds for pick up, dinner and pictures was complete chaos and I had to change plans several times. Michelle was so accommodating and understanding, she went above and beyond to make this night special. I completely recommend A Star. Michelle will take care of you.

When my daughter was stranded in Seattle due to fog in Pullman, I was able to get my daughter on a flight to Spokane where Michelle picked her up and drove her to Pullman. It was such a relief to me and my daughter after she had a very long day of sitting around airports not knowing how she would return to school. Michelle took great care of my daughter and even made sure she got dinner before returning her to her dorm. Thanks, Michelle! You provided a great stress relief and it meant a lot to all of our family!

I have had the pleasure of riding with A-Star on a few different occasions ( specifically in the party buses) and every time the drivers have been flexible, courteous, humorous, and professional. The buses are always clean and the sound systems are not too shabby. I will be back!

My brother hired this Limo company to take our whole family on a Christmas tree lights tour. The driver, Jason, assured him he had a whole route planned out. When he picked us up he did nothing to assist the older family members to get into the limo. It was an SUV and there was a big step. He didn't have a step stool to help. The company assured my brother that the limo could comfortably hold 13 people.
Which it could, except that four of those seats have no windows in them which sort of defeats the purpose when you're out looking at Christmas lights. He didn't show us how to control the radio or the climate in the back of the limo, so the entire time we were cold. We had to figure out the lights, the climate, and the radio on her own and frankly, it wasn't as basic as you might think.
The tour itself was incredibly disappointing. It was just basically driving around neighborhoods trying to find lights. When he did come to one that was quite impressive the way he drove up onto the site made us all have to turn 180° and look behind us to watch the light show. If he had the whole trip planned out as he said, when you think he would've pulled up to the site such that we wouldn't have had to turn around behind us to look at the light show?
When you hire a limousine company you want somebody who takes care of the little things. Because it's the attention to detail which leaves the lasting impression. Unfortunately there was no attention to detail here. He could've easily had the limo lights turned on for us to socialize in between Christmas lights and then automatically dimmed them for us when we came to the places to see.
But he didn't. He could've checked in with us to see if we were warm enough or cool enough. But he didn't. He could've had a stepstool to assist the elderly people in and out of the limo. But he didn't. The entire trip was an embarrassment for my brother, and after we all got out my brother ended up apologizing to the whole family for such a disappointing night.
I really felt sorry for him. He's not the kind of guy who hires limousines all of the time. This was a special event and it was a waste of his money. oh, and the limousine smelled like mildew. I'm really not sure what the mandatory 20% tip was for. The company at the very least should return that to my brother. Update 2 days later. My brother called them, not to ask for a refund but just to let them know he was disappointed in the service. They offered to refund him the mandatory 20% gratuity so I've upgraded them from 1 star to 3. It shows they can compromise.
