We used this company for our wedding a few weeks ago. It was easy to book and get everything set up and seemed pretty comparable in pricing with other companies. We booked the escalade limo to fit up to 26 people (or so it says). I sent my list of pick ups and drop offs before so that we wouldn't have to tell him that day and they handled it all well.

The driver arrived early for pick up and called us to let us know he was there and to take our time. We got downstairs to find a hummer limo, not the escalade that I had signed the contract for. End of the day, not a big deal and nothing I was going to worry about The girls were getting picked up first and we got all our stuff in and were on our way.

The radio was not working at first and we never figured it out before our first drop off so we missed some dancing opportunities on the way over. Also, I had kneeled on the floor to try and mess with the radio and when I got out of the car my white shoes were almost completely black, that's how dirty the floor in the limo was! Yuck! Be careful in your wedding dress ladies!

We had to have the limo for 5 hours total and of course it was buy 5 hours get one free, so we didn't get to use our free one unless we wanted to miss cocktail hour. We had 20 adults in the limo at one time and there is no way we could've fit one more so to say it fits 26, everyone would have to be children. We were in the limo for maybe 40 minutes total out of our 5 hours and it cost $750 plus another $100 tip. OUCH.

I know there's not many ways you can get around that with pricing but it would've been nice to get some type of discount. Oh and my dj supposedly offered a discount with this limo company and when I called to ask, they said I was already getting a good price so they couldn't offer a further discount. It wasn't a bad company but I would definitely shop around before booking with them again.

DO NOT USE FOR AN IMPORTANT EVENT! This company is by far the WORST company we worked with for our wedding. I have to say, anyone that has planned a wedding knows that you have a lot of vendors to deal with and a lot of details to make sure are covered. Everything that day went off without a hitch, EXCEPT the limo company. We booked our evening from 2:30-9:30. First, the guy showed up late. Which, we all got to the church on time, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

After the ceremony we loaded in and he took us to the reception venue. While we were getting out the driver told my wedding party to clear everything out of the limo because he was only contracted until 7:30. Two hours less than what we paid for. When I did try to argue it, he went into the limo to "look" at the contract, and confirmed that his paperwork said he was only working until 7:30.

As the bride, rather than arguing with him in front of the venue, one of my bridesmaids said we could just arrange another ride home. After the wedding I took a VERY close look at the contract, and we had in fact been contracted and paid in full until 9:30. So, just imagine not having the limo that you hired to take you home after your wedding, and having to call a cab.

What is the point of having a limo in the first place? The next disaster occurred in dealing with the company. I talked to Jason several times over the course of a month. I probably had 7 conversations with him where he was going to pull the GPS data, set up a conference call with the driver and I, and investigate the situation. After 7 conversations, I realized the limo company was going to do nothing.

The conference calls never happened, a reimbursement for the 2 hours that we paid for that didn't receive didn't happen, and quite honestly, they didn't care that their driver left 2 hours early and lied to us. I will never use the company again and never recommend them. I am in wedding planning, and will make sure I always advise wedding parties against using them. Yes, I am sure they have had happy customers, but when 50% of their reviews are negative, I would not spend a grand with this vendor. Find someone that will be easy to work with, give you the service you paid for, and provides a fun experience.

I've dealt with this car service 2 days in a row and customer service is excellent. I was able to book and prepay in advance one day, and the next call in a crunch to have a car pick me up in half an hour. They made everything simple, took care of everything for me and picked up on time. Very easy to deal with, highly recommend. I dealt with Val.

There would have been more stars if they hadn't given me a bunk charge on my credit card after using them. The limo driver thought 2 glasses were missing so I asked him how many there should be, he said 10, I then counted out 10 glasses and he said we were good. Now they are claiming they are missing so they charged me for them. They didn't do anything above and beyond, and besides the above charge, we were given the service we were expecting.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT HIRE THEM! I had the worst experience using them for my wedding. I requested a partial refund because of how awful they were, and all they would do is offer me a free upgrade next time I hire them. WHY WOULD I EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN?!?! Here is a copy of an email I sent the owner about how terrible my experience was: I wanted to write to let you know that we were very unhappy with our experience using your limo company this past Saturday.

To begin with, our limo driver didn't greet us or welcome us at all, he just demanded my credit card to make copy before even opening the limo door. He didn't help any of the girls into the limo, or tell us anything about how to work the stereo or A/C. His attitude and demeanor were very unfriendly and unprofessional. He also had no idea where he was driving us.

We had to look up the address and give it to him, he then stood outside the limo trying to find directions on his phone. Everyone was really uncomfortable since we were trying to make it to a wedding ceremony and were on a very tight timeline. Once in the limo, there was next to no air-conditioning. This is completely unacceptable on a 90+ degree day when you're wearing tuxedos and full dresses.

We asked him repeatedly to turn it up or fix it, and were snapped at that it was as high as it would go. Once we arrived at the Hudson Gardens, the limo driver asked if we would be ready in a half hour. I told him absolutely not, we were taking pictures and having a wedding ceremony. My coordinator, Gina, had already explained that he would have to wait until we were ready to leave and that we didn't have a set time.

We paid for having the limo wait, that was part of our contract. Then he left and went to Starbucks! We had left our bags in the limo (which was discussed last week prior to Saturday). My coordinator went back to get something and he was gone. After we got back in the limo, the A/C was totally out. All of the ice in the drink bins was melted, and all the drinks were warm.

The stereo wouldn't work, we could barely get any FM radio stations to come in. This was supposed to be a fun, party atmosphere and everyone was stressed out, uncomfortable, and dying in the heat. The limo driver was a horrible driver, slamming on his brakes and cutting in and out of traffic. We had to stop at a restaurant and get out just to cool off before continuing on to the reception.

I spoke with the driver again and told him about all the problems, he just shrugged and walked away. He finally checked the back A/C and admitted it wasn't working but offered no solution or apology. We had an absolutely horrible experience with you company and I want to request at least a partial refund.

I was told they would have satellite tv installed in the van by the time the date happened and of course there's no tv. This place sucks. DO NOT USE THEM. the phone guy, Shane, is a total douche and told me he'd call the owners about getting a discount. When I called back and pressed him he said he'd been to busy to call but after I kept hounding him he said "look, dude, we're not giving you a discount." SO, you just told me you'd ask for me to shut me up. These people are a joke.
