Called 20 minutes before scheduled pick-up time and told me they weren't coming. Said they had a flat tire, don't know if they did or not, but they left some pretty disappointed kids waiting for a ride.

A1 picked me up and took me to the airport. They were on time, their cars were nice and clean, and the driver was friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again!
