Absolutely the WORST service I have ever encountered in my life. These folks took my money up front - I thought that was strange, but fine, I got over it. Our driver ran over a huge rock on the road and a few minutes later - our limo bus broke down. It was my birthday and I was celebrating with 15 of my closest friends. I was an hour and half late to my own birthday party and everyone was forced to take cabs or their cars.
I went to their offices a few days later to file my complaint in person and demand for my money back. These guys stayed inside their office and did not open the door for me. I clearly heard them in there - their phones were ringing and I heard movement behind the closed doors. I never got a call back and they still have my money. Most unprofessional company I have ever crossed paths with. I would not recommend them to anyone in the area.
