Aaccent Towncar & Limousine Service

I had booked a specific car a month in advance of needing it. Received confirmation. The guy called me THE DAY BEFORE our event and said he "double and triple booked" and offered a different vehicle that wasn't going to work for our plans. He kept asking "what I expect him to do when he double and triple booked". BEWARE. If you need to depend on someone showing up, I would not go through this place.

I asked why our reservation which was a month old would get cancelled when he booked people after and he just kept asking what I'd like him to do. Short of keeping the booking he made, there was nothing he could do that would be acceptable.

This company is terrible, my wedding was scheduled for July 2020, due to covid it got move to Aug. 2021. I signed a new contract in March 2021. I got a reminder the day before my wedding. On the day of my wedding, the driver did not show up as scheduled. I called to see if they were just running late, in a very rude tone, I was told I canceled my contract and will be refunded.

I tried to explain that I did not and if there was another car available, I was yelled at and hung up on. I will not recommend this company to no one. Thank God we found another company who was willing to work with us at the last minute. Imagine the day of your wedding and they did not even had the courtesy to be decent. If no star was the option, I would select Zero star. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. I don't know the name of who answered the phone, but he was extremely rude. Poor service. Very rude and impatient.

Lots of reviews from people that work for the company, any fuller you receptionist, mike your mechanic, omar aziz your son. shaanyou even have a review and your the owner, most the drivers have commented as well. This is the most expensive company around. The service is ok. Limo is not always as clean as you would like. Ours smelt like smoke. When they say brand new, they mean the newest body style, not that the car is actually new. I recommend Total Luxury!

The driver arrived early for pick up. She was very personable and thoughtful. We reserved the party bus for prom. The price was reasonable and the party bus was fantastic. The kids had a great time! I will use AAcent again and I would ask for the same driver. She was great!

We had the 2018 Cadillac Limo for our wedding mid July. The driver was very nice and polite. The car looks nice and clean but half of the ac on the driver side didn't work, only hot air came out on a 90 degree day. We asked the driver a couple of times but he wasn't sure what the problem was neither and we didn't want to disturb him too much while he was driving. We just couldn't wait to get out of the car the end of the ride.

I was extremely pleased with AAccent Towncar & Limo. The service, cars and staff were absolutley top notch! I will only use this service for our clients. I would highly recommend them and would tell you they will not disappoint you at all.

I have used AAccent several times, both business trips and personal. The drivers are extremely professional and nice people, cars are very nice and impeccably clean, and I've never had a driver show up late (in fact they are always early). It's also easy to use the service, book online and auto-pay charged to your card after the trip. I would like to see the online reservation system a bit more user friendly, it can be a little confusing but this is very minor feedback - if you have any questions the phone is answered immediately, every time. Highly recommended!

Sean and his team have provided amazing service to me for over 6 years. I can count on them and the cars are all practically brand new and nice! I have used them extensively for work, family vacations, special nights out and large group events.

Working with Aaccent Town Car was an all around wonderful experience! I rented a stretch limo for my mom and her friends for a night on the town and they had nothing but great things to say about the limo, driver, and service. We plan on using these guys again, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

The limo itself was very nice and our driver was pleasant. However, when I spoke with the people at Accent limo and booked this trip for a 40th birthday surprise, they told me there were going to make it extra special and make a banner and get a cake and promised all these things to make it a wonderful experience. He was very persistent saying he was going to do this. in the end the sign was not there just a piece of paper with the wrong name on it.

My friends name is Traci and the piece of paper he was holding up said "happy birthday to Brian and Jill". No mention of Traci at all. No cake waiting in the limo either. If you're going to make promises to get people to book the over priced service then you should make sure that happens. When I sent a message to the company regarding this, they did not respond at all. disappointing.
