Great service! Always on time and drivers are very polite and friendly and wear their masks. Cars are clean.

Hired Aces for round trip service to and from Buffalo and the Toronto airport. Plane landed on time but taxiing, deplaning, going through passport control and baggage claim took an hour and a half. Then there was traffic on the QEW and bridge. Aces is charging me overtime. I paid for a quoted service. IMO, the issue of post landing processing and traffic should have been factored into the service price I paid in full weeks before the trip (a pretty hefty fee at that). Also, the owner handled this with no grace.

He called to yell at the driver, and then asked to be taken off speaker. Then the driver handed me the phone so he could tell me, exhausted following a 26 hr flight, that he is charging me overtime. A limousine service should demonstrate "class", and they have no class. Did I mention the vehicle was too small? I recommend that you consider another company, because this company doesn't honor their quotes.

Car 1302 has a rude driver with a horrible attitude, I wouldn't recommend this car service.

I'm from the South. Owner, Mike is running a limo service out of Buffalo, NY. But you would think he was right down the road the way he treated me. (No offense New Yorkers.you guys have it right.you get right to the point.) I had several questions and Mike never rushed me, and was never impatient with me. His drivers were extremely nice, arrived early, and drove very carefully. I highly recommend Mike and his company, Aces Limousine.

Be very aware of the refund policy regarding deposits. I am out of town and booked them based on the very limited availability in the area. I booked a limo for a bachelorette party less than 2 weeks ago. Now that it is off I attempted to get my refund back and was told no EVEN IF THEY RENT IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Seems like pretty bad customer service and a shady business practice.

Just tried to call for a quote for a car service. When I told him the date he rudely said he can't do it and hung up. I was stunned! What business hangs up on a customer? Zero customer service and won't be getting any future business from me.

I highly recommend you ask for John as far as your driver. Some people don't pay attention to the little things, but he is spot on with that. Curteous always but facilitates an absolute blast and won't stifle a party.if you want to have fun but want to be taken care of, ask for John. Thanks Aces

Thee absolute worst limo company in Buffalo. Late for our wedding, limo driver didn't greet or even help any of the ladies onto the bus, the short tempered driver hit a car and just kept driving and denied it afterwards. The guys had to drive themselves to the wedding because of the incompetence of this company. DO NOT BOOK FOR WEDDINGS, too important of a day to hire a company that has owners that blame their customers for their own ignorance and shortcomings as business owners in the service industry.

HORRIBLE LIMO AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER. HORRIBLE LIMO AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE we rented a "lincoln towncar stretch limo" for a friends 40th birthday to go on a 6 hour wine tour in August. The limo was disgusting to say the least. Very dirty with a ketchup like stain on the back rounded seat. The limo shook terribly when it went over 40 MPH! Also, the driver did not show us how to use any of the controls in the limo.

It was very hot that day and the only means of air was a hole (literally) by the back door that was shooting cool air out. The radio had to be re-programmed every time we got back in and was nearly falling out of the brackets. I sent an email that following Monday stating my concerns with no response. I called today to see if they received my email and asked why I never got a response and he (Mike) stated that he just thought I was voicing concerns and did not think that it required a response!

He said that they took the limo for a test drive and that none of the issues that I stated were happening except for the radio needing re-programming. I did say that I was shocked that he felt that I needed no response. I feel that if I took the time to write an email that the least they could do is respond in some way! I would not recommend this company!

I've worked with Aces for a few events over the past yrs, and NEVER had issues like the gentleman above. When a friend of mine left valuables in the front seat accidentally, we returned that week when the owner said they were open for pick-up. Did the previous complainant offer to pay for mailing or just complain and expect it?
