My company needed a last minute pick-up and they were able to accommodate. Fantastic service. I could not be more pleased.

David was an absolute dream to work with! Our family was experiencing a horrible tragedy and he made himself available to help with any need that we had. Our family was flying halfway across the country from different locations, and no one had to worry about rides. Above and Beyond! I want to leave this review to show my upmost appreciation for David and the guys at Ace Limousine. I was on a business trip to Huntsville, AL and staying at the Hyatt Place hotel. Once we arrived, they were waiting for us ready to pick me and my crew up with a very clean & modern shuttle. The driver was the owner of Ace Limousine and gave us brief about Huntsville and the space museum.

Working in the aviation industry, so naturally we were all curious about the Saturn 5 Rocket clearly lite up in front of the NASA Space Museum. David made a small detour on our way to hotel, so we could get a clear photo of the huge rocket in front of us. David was friendly and professional during our drive to the hotel and we had great conversion about Huntsville.

The next morning my crew and I were getting ready for our next departure. Again, Ace Limousine was waiting, ready for drive to the airport. We had just departed the hotel; when I realized my wedding band wasn't on my finger. The driver quickly turn around to head back without a second thought. I got back to my room and could not find my ring. Work pressure force me to leave my misplaced ring behind, so we would not be late.

The driver recorded my room number and return to the hotel for me to report my lost ring to hotel staff. The staff found my ring! I couldn't believe it. Ace Limousine, reach out to me through any and all methods at their deposal and mailed the ring to my residence. Like I had said earlier, Ace Limousine went above and beyond to save me from the fire, I would of ultimately be in with my wife. So, the next time you're in Huntsville and need transportation; I would call these guys instantly. Thank you, David and everyone at Ace Limousine for being the best and helping a passenger in need. Phenomenal service! David is the consumate professional and absolutely helpful on all levels. From baggage, to hotel recommendations and dining recommendations he is hands down the best! His positive and upbeat attitude were very welcoming as well.

We used Ace Limo for pickup and drop off for residents of Magnolia Trace Retirement Community going on a tour. We've had difficulty finding good service in Huntsville in the past, but Ace Limo was perfect in every way. Driver Ben was great and the equipment was superb. We will always use Ace in the future for our needs in Huntsville!

Ace limousine exceeded our expectations for our new born baby home coming. I had called David and spoke with him about getting a limousine for my new born, he was so pleasant, very friendly, he worked with me, was constantly in touch, and on the D day our driver. Steve, was Prompt, very courteous and pleasant, he was patient enough to wait for us at the hospital. David was very easy to work with.

I exclusively use ACE Limo for transportation to and from the local airport every few months for my business and vacation trips, sometimes even to the Nashville and Birmingham airports when needed. I prefer riding "low profile" in his large black luxury SUV's over his stretch limos, and like the fact that he keeps them all really clean. Used his limos for our daughters wedding, and it was first class all the way. The owner does a great job!

Ace Limo exceeded my expectations for a birthday ride for my wife. My wife had never experienced a limousine ride and Ace worked work me to set up a fun and reasonably priced two hour ride around Huntsville. Our driver Randy, was very personable, helpful and fun. We chose the white Lincoln stretch limo for our ride but they also offer a stretch SUV limo. I heartily will reccommed Ace for your limo needs in Huntsville and Madison.
