Enzo was very pleasant and accommodating to work with in securing a vehicle for our son's prom on 5/7/22. Communication was great. The driver, Ricardo, called me to let me know when he would arrive, and kept in touch to make sure we weren't charged overtime fees if the kids weren't staying later than originally planned. He also was a great sport about posing for pictures with the kids before leaving, and got them to and from safe and sound. We had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Jose was our driver. He was very professional and had knowledge of the streets and venues that only an experienced driver would have. Great company to work with. Enzo was great helping me book the right vehicle and confirming the plane trip before the event. Best limo company I have worked with in Rochester.

I set up a limo with Enzo for a group to go to the Bills game. He asked for a $200 deposit, so I gave him my credit card number. He proceeded to charge me $300 without prior approval. Driver was late arriving for pick up. The next day a random additional charge of $450 appeared on my credit card. Enzo stated cookie crumbs were left in the back seat. I agreed to clean the car for him. He refused. This is not a trustworthy business. Beware!

First of all our driver Mark was not on time. Although he was a very nice man. The vehicle was a lower quality Dodge Durango. The vehicle was also extremely uncomfortable for the 3 hour total drive time. The reason I left the one star review was for the event that happened the following day. We were charged for a $300 "clean up fee". $300 dollars to clean up some cookie crumbs?!?!?
Please do not make the same mistake we did and read the fine print. I still cannot fathom this. Enzo was extremely unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this "limo" service to even to my worst enemy.

We are so grateful for our experience in the Finger Lakes with our driver Maritza. She was kind, timely and professional. Two days in a row, and we really enjoyed ourselves without having to worry about navigating the lakes and driving after awesome tastings. Maritza drive safely and was very attentive. Would use this service again without a doubt.

Really enjoyed our experience with Imperial Limo. We had a group of 12 for a wine tour and scheduled the smaller of the party vans. The scheduling process was really easy and Enzo was really great about clarifying details. Our driver Dave was the best! He was super friendly and had a lot of fun tips and facts to point out about the wineries that we didn't know! He was on time, even early, and knew exactly where each of the wineries we were going was. Overall a very fun stress free day, would definitely recommend this company.

We booked a vehicle and driver to take our party of 7 ladies to various wineries. We had an idea of where we wanted to go, and our driver, Enzo, also provided recommendations. The vehicle was clean and comfortable for all of us - although I do think we maxed out the storage in the back with all our wine purchases! Our driver was by far the best part of our experience.
He knew many of the people at the wineries and he was knowledgeable about the area. The recommendation for our lunch spot was incredible. He also takes great photos! Thank you, Enzo!

Five stars for Imperial Limo and our wonderful driver Jose! The owner was super knowledgeable and helpful when I called to make our booking. The van was clean and comfortable. Jose was on time, friendly, and very helpful during winery tour. We will use them again in the future and strongly recommend.

We had Enzo as a driver for a wine tour. He was so helpful throughout the day - gave us advice on our list of wineries and even called ahead at a winery to make a reservation when we switched up our schedule (everyone in the area knows him, so that is an added bonus!). Enzo also shared great information about the region and wine making that made the experience even better. Overall, everything was professional, clean, timely, and enjoyable! Thank you!

So I have not actually rented a vehicle or used the service of this company, but in speaking with the owner as I was inquiring about possible available services, he was extremely helpful, honest, and gave great tips and advice. He called me back after standard hours in the same evening that I called and left a message. He was professional abd very helpful all around.
The only reason we did not rent with Imperial Limo was because my planning was last minute and he did not have the vehicle I needed available. Next time I am travelling to the area and planning an excursion, Imperial will be the first place I try! Thanks Enzo!

My husband and I went to the Finger Lakes to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We wanted to explore the wineries in the area so renting a car was a must. I am so happy that we chose Imperial Limousine. Our driver, Jose, was right on time for pick up. He was ready to go when we were and he followed our schedule perfectly. The vehicle was so clean and comfortable! We had great conversation during the whole ride. The next time we are back we will be hiring Imperial again!
