I called Preferred Limo the day before I needed a car for a girls trip with my cousins to Napa. I was pleasantly surprised when they had a car available. We book a town car for four people for a six hour winery tour. Our driver, Alex, arrived about ten minutes early and waited patiently as we finished getting ready. We all hoped into a super nice black SUV and were off.

He then took us wherever we wanted to go, but offered suggestions along the way so we could wisely use our time. For example, we knew we wanted to start with sparkling wine, and he suggested we stick the closer of the options to better use our time. Alex made the trip for us! He was funny, danced along with us, came to check on us at all the wineries, suggested we stomp grapes at one, and made sure we got the most amazing pourer (he rapped!) at our final stop of the day.

When it was time to settle the bill he was very upfront with the fact that gratuity was included in the total, but we still felt the need to add extra. You can't find better service than we experienced. It made our trip!

Been using these folks for several years now. When heading out and returning from long off-shore business trips, the service to and from our site north of San Francisco to the airport 60 miles to the south, is a perfect experience. Cars are clean and comfortable, and the drivers are helpful and personable.

Loved it! We went with Alex. I was alone on Day 1 & had an absolutely fabulous time hopping from one winery to another. Alex squeezed in boutique wineries after he got a sense of what I was looking for. Next day we did another tour for 6 hours. Rates were reasonable & service prompt. Alex was great to work with booking all the appointments at different wineries & offering me so many insights.

We use Preferred Limo every time we come to Napa, which is about once a year. This time is our last time using them. We usually have a great experience but not this time. The car was in total disrepair, seats were ripped, the roof liner was falling down, there was a sharp object poking up from the seat and ever time we got in or out of the car we got poked.

The exterior of the car was damaged as well. The driver was not accommodating and seem to not enjoy his job. We usually tip the driver extra but not this time. We will never use this company again.

Rented a limo for two days for our wedding in Napa. Somehow there was a communication breakdown and the driver picked up six of us at the San Fran airport and didn't know we had luggage. Hmmm. We had to put a lot of luggage inside the car with us making for a very uncomfortable 1.5 hour drive to Napa. The limo was old and had bondo on the doors, and one doors would not open from the inside.

However the driver was very nice and accommodating. We called the company after our trip to get an understanding of what happened with the communication breakdown, but never heard back.

We reserved this limo for an employee day out on Fourth of July. It was a total of 7 of us, and although the customer service on behalf of Alex was excellent booking the limo, the limo driver was awful. Russ was our limo driver on Fourth of July and he made it clear that he had plans to go to Lake Tahoe as soon as he "wrapped us up". DO NOT SEND OUT LIMO drivers who do not want to be there. Rus our driver made it a point that we could not go over the 6 hours as that would cut his vacation short.

It was clear in his driving that he needed to drop us off as his fast and careless driving made many of my staff nauseous. His driving provoked some champagne glasses to fall off the rack and he had the audacity to blame us for it. Additionally he made numerous negative remarks about us including "I hope this is not what your establishment looks like" such a poor experience for a trip that we were all looking forward to. Hopefully rus is given a lesson or two on proper customer service.

We had a great experience with Preferred Limo! Our driver, Alex, was great! He was very friendly and professional. They are very open and clear about the pricing and it was easy to book the reservation online. They were also great with answering questions over the phone and through email. One note is that they do not allow you to eat in the car, but you can bring food with you to stop somewhere for a picnic. However, they did provide plenty of complimentary water! Based on my online research, this was the best deal I could find. I would use this service again for sure!

We had a lovely day and highly recommend Preferred. We were from out of town and arranged the limo as a surprise for my Mom's birthday during our visit. They were responsive to all emails/questions and the surprise went off without a hitch! I even had to change the pick up time at the last minute and the drive was right on time and took care of us the entire day. Highly recommended.

This company is UNETHICAL. I would give zero stars if possible. I had reservations to go wine tasting in Sonoma and unfortunately the bay area has been hit with the biggest storm in 5+ years. As a result, the wineries we had reservations at had to cancel because they are closed for the storm. When I called Preferred Limo 24 hours in advance to let them know the wineries are going to be closed and that my friends and I don't feel safe driving on the roads I was rudely told that was too bad and I would be charged full price and I better find "somewhere else to go." This has to be the most extreme case of bad customer service I have ever encountered.

The roads are literally closed all over the bay area, the power is out in SF and there is flash flooding.it is quite obvious that it is dangerous for customers and their own drivers to be out on the roads. But does Preferred Limo care about the safety of their customers or their own drivers? NO. They want to squeeze every cent they can out of you without any regard for customer safety or customer experience. Preferred Limo, you should be ashamed for treating customers this way and forcing us to pay full price for a day that was ruined by extreme weather, which was totally out of our hands. You will never get my business again and I strongly recommend to any one looking for a car service you AVOID THIS COMPANY.

We booked with Preferred Limo for our Napa Tour in April 2014 and we couldn't have been more impressed. Our driver, Kevin, was professional, funny and new just how to get us to all the right places. We started the tour with no firm plan on what vineyards to go to and I wouldn't change a thing about where we went. He took pictures for us everywhere and was very invested in our experience.

There were fresh bottles of water every time we got in the limo and it was very clean and comfortable. The cost of $375 seemed steep when we booked it, but we didn't have to worry about anything, everyone was able to enjoy the wine and it was a completely stress free experience. I tried to book using the Yelp coupon but they told me it was a better deal to use the wine country deal tour which seemed a little sketchy, but they were still far cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to travel from San Francisco for a day in wine county.

We used Preferred Limo for a Sonoma tour and they were great. Our driver, Gregory, was professional, nice, and knowledgeable about the area and the wineries. Preferred Limo was the first to respond with a quote when I contacted them and we liked that the quote was all inclusive with no surprise extra charges on the day of our trip. We did the $325 6 hour wine trip and there were add ons like the other reviewer said, but I got quotes from about 10 companies and they all had nearly the same extra charges for tax and tip.

They came about 10 minutes early and gave me a call that they were ready; also, they called the day before to confirm the trip. I will definitely use Preferred Limo again! We had a great experience!

Preferred was great from the start. The gentlemen on the phone was very helpful and set up the wineries for us. The driver was a lot of fun and dealt with our large group drinking all day. Thanks again Preferred!

I reqested a quote for 6 passenger limo for a dnner up in Napa. They advertised a 6hr "wine country tour" for $325. When the quote came back, they conveniently added a $58.50 "fuel surcharge". I'm not sure where they are buying their fuel, but it doesn't take $58 to get from Walnut Creek to Napa, let alone add that to the price. False advertising at it's best. This was a point to point reservation, not 6hrs touring Napa. 1hr there, wait for 3 hours and 1 hr back. Caveat emptor.

What a delight! Nice clean limo with a courteous and knowledgeable driver who took us to wineries we never went to before! Our lunch was picked up from the driver by his request at a local deli and set out on the picnic table at our favorite winery! We were stunned with the service. If your'e looking for 1st class service call Preferred Limo!

I use Preferred Limo every time I need to travel to OAK or SFO from the San Ramon area. They always on time, know the flight status and give you a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival. I really like emailed confirmations and receipts. This makes it really easy to keep track of these things for expense reports.
