Do not use this company! Hidden costs that you are not told about upfront! Shame on them! So disappointed!

We hired an SUV for a girls trip to a couple breweries and wineries. We had a great time.our driver Grady was the best. The car arrived about 15 minutes before our scheduled time. Grady was friendly and helpful to any questions we asked. We had a set itinerary ahead of time, but ended up changing it and adding another stop, but it was no problem. Whenever we were done at one place, I would just text Grady and he would pull the car up to get us. Overall it made travelling very easy. I would definitely hire them again when I go to Nashville!

Recently we 'tried' to use Signature Transportation to provide transportation for 14 to a dear friend's wedding. Everything was confirmed and paid, we even received the confirmation text messages. Our 4:00 departure time arrives and there is no car service (the wedding is at 5:00 and we were 35 mins away). I called customer service who tried to track down the driver. Apparently, they had scheduled someone who was not working that day.

In a panic, we ordered 4 Ubers (which are harder to get these days) and crammed everyone in to those. Arriving at the ceremony just in time but stressed. So, I proceeded to contact the organization and asked for reimbursement of our Uber rides and 1/2 the fee I paid for the service (they did pick us up after the wedding). After multiple attempts to get a response they did refund half my fee but nothing for the Ubers or the absolute chaos they caused for my 14 friends.

I believe my request is completely reasonable. I've asked week over week to have someone call me to discuss. No luck. It's unfortunate to have such poor customer service (and lack of empathy) from an organization that is supposed to give you a great, stress free, high end ride. My advice. Have a back up plan and don't expect much help after the fact.

We were very satisfied with our service to and from The Rolling Stones concert. The driver's were very friendly and he communication with the company was great. Really good pricing, I would definitely recommend.

Booked a 12 person limo sprinter for a trip to Arrington Vineyards. We had 6 couples from a few cities celebrating my wifes 50th. I booked online and received a confirmation receipt on Monday. Wednesday, the evening before we were to leave to Nashville, i got a call to switch to a executive passenger van - the other was reserved. They could have called Tuesday, or even Wednesday in the AM so I had time to look at options, but they didn't. $6/hr difference from an interactive drive to one looking at the back of other peoples heads. Anthony was our driver. Super chill, professional, and a good driver. Enjoyed his service, just disappointed in the experience.

I booked Signature Transportation for my Bachelorette weekend in Nashville to take us from our downtown hotel to Arrington Winery. The office ladies were very helpful and quick to respond to any inquires I had on my upcoming trip. They made suggestions on time frame and bus size/type. It was a smooth booking process as well. Approx. 30 minutes before arrival I received a text with the drivers contact number and a photo!

Our driver Roger was amazing! (MAJOR KUDOS) When we were ready to leave I had asked him if he did not mind to come up a little further from where he dropped us off at, as I had my step dad who joined us and he is unable to walk well on rough terrain and has COPD. When I came back to the seating area, he was already up and out of the vehicle and helping him down the hill to the bus.

He even took him back out to the customer parking lot and made sure he got into the vehicle ok. We greatly appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help with my step dad. All in all, should I ever need transportation like this in the future I will utilize this company again and recommend it to anyone seeking transportation while in Nashville. Even my parents who live in the Nashville area will be recommending them!

We used Signature Transportation to take a group of women for a Bachelorette Party from Nashville to a winery and back. Steve, our driver, was WONDERFUL! We were able to connect our music via bluetooth, drink on the way and then anything we wanted to leave on the bus was locked up while Steve wasn't on it. He was so kind and fun. Highly recommend using this transportation company.

We used Signature Transportation Services last weekend as part of ladies weekend, and they were great! In setting the reservation they were prompt and professional. Pam was great to deal with. (Side note, I had contacted another car company, which was rated okay, but they were horrific in replies.) We had the car (a Mercedes van) for six hours. Anthony, our driver, was prompt, friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean and didn't smell, something we all appreciated. It was such a safe and classy way to enjoy Nashville! I would definitely use them again!

We had a GREAT experience with Signature! They are extremely professional and reliable. We just booked another ride with them and are really looking forward to it!

I just want to take this moment to send a shoutout to John H. who works for Signature Transportation. I was at a Nashville wedding on 7/7/18 and left my glasses on one of the buses. I figured that I would call to see if I could get them back and was expecting to get a hard time, but that was not the case. John is probably the nicest person I've ever spoken to.

He literally made me reconsider how I deal with people. Not only did he ship my glasses back to me (because I'm not from Nashville) but he even found a case for them and wrapped them up so they wouldn't get damaged. He said "Thank you so much for the call!". and I was like "No, thank you! You're the one doing me a favor!" Dude was great. The bus service was great too.

Great service. Very professional and on the spot. I reserved a car for 4 am and the driver was there at 3:50 am. They send confirmation emails for pickup and delivery. I will definitely use them again.

A group of six signed up for the "Brewstillery Tour" with Signature Transportation and we could not have been happier with the level of service from everyone we talked to! Donna and her team were top notch in communicating and getting everything just right. Our Driver for the tour was very friendly and professional. And the two distilleries we had tours and tastings at were phenomenal. We all especially loved Speak Easy Distillery! When we return to Nashville we will definitely use Signature again!

I shopped around with a few different companies to find transportation for a bachelorette party. When I submitted information for a quote, they got back to me quickly and were really helpful in selecting the right vehicle. Their prices were very competitive and the little limo bus we had was really nice and looked new. The driver was great too! He was right on time and very professional. Great experience!

Won a two night trip to the 2015 CMT Music Awards from my cable company and this was the car service company that was provided during our stay. From the airport pick up, to the back and forth to the three different events we attended, to our return trip to the airport, all the operators were on time, in late model vehicles, and they got us to our destinations in a prompt and safe manner. Absolutely no complaints.

I have used Signature multiple times in the last year and all of trips have been fantastic, but last week was incredible. We had a chauffeured named Mike who had driven my wife and I a few times in the past. When picked us up to head to The Southern he had everything ready for us before we got in the SUV. He knew we would have a bottle of wine (we didn't tell them ahead of time) so he had glasses and a wine open ready and waiting.

Prior to arriving he sent me a text message with his arrival ETA. He had cold bottled water waiting for us after dinner and was waiting right in front of the restaurant for us when we came out and drive us directly to Acme for after dinner drinks. Mike was the best chauffeur I have ever had. Two days after the trip I received a hand written thank you note form Signature thanking me for using their service. Who does this anymore. AWESOME! Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend them! Their prices are very reasonable the vehicle was perfect! We did a home tour in one of the executive vans with 15 Realtors, the driver was great, the customer service was awesome, and we couldn't be happier! Call them for any if your needs I'm sure they can accommodate or find a solution!
