The services offered by this company are very unprofessional, I rented a limo with some friends for a night out ... it was a nightmare experience ... limo and our driver came late, I dint't like the music and no cold drinks in the bar..one of the worst experiences i had.

The cars are luxury and very comfortable and the drivers are courteous and client oriented.
We used them twice in our visit in city the week of 14/03/2011. Both experiences were excellent. The car arrived a few minutes early both times. The cars were immaculately clean. Thank you American Executive Limo!!!

I absolutely wouldn’t mind using AEX Limo again. I reserved a mini bus not too long ago, this was for a corporate event in Chicago, and the service was tremendously great! The driver was well-mannered, the bus was clean. The day was perfect. Plus the bus was comfortable, appropriate for the occasion, and it was very affordable!!

attention to detail, personal service, extra effort to make sure your evening's perfect
slightly more expensive...but WORTH IT given the pros
Went along to Chicago to have a 50th birthday party as well as the limo was part of the fun. Nick helped with the pre setting up and was really patient with my changes. I felt highly pleased with the plan that we settled on. Our limo turned up punctional, the driver was fantastic a really wonderful combination of skilled and good friend, the best way she maneuvered that limo was totally fantastic. She made sure we'd a superb time. If when I need to have a limo in Chicago again I most certainly will use American Executive Limousine.
