The actual limo ride was great however I was overcharged $117. We were 7 minutes last our 8 hr rental. I've left 4 messages to ask why the extra charge, however I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I have now notified Visa to dispute the charge. I do believe the driver took naps waiting for us which was fine except he didn't answer my texts and I had to call him.

Best way to and from SFO. Always on time. Always pleasant. Bay and all the drivers are extremely professional and cordial. I would never use any other service. This a family owned and run business and they are fabulous. I never have to worry if my plane is coming in early or late - they check and are there to meet me. Even when I messed up the pick up day, Bay was at my house in 15 minutes and I did not miss my plane. Much cheaper than a cab from Marin.

I utilized this company for my wedding this July in Moorpark. It was a hot summer day and the air conditioning on the hummer limo was broken. Also, the window would not roll down on the left door as the control was broken. The bride and bridesmaids had to deal with the heat and sweat on their ride, then myself and the groomsmen dealt with it on our ride.
It was rough. I didn't appreciate having to sweat before photos and everything that comes with the big day. I complained to the driver and also called management. I have not heard back from American Luxury Limousine. This was not a luxury experience.

My husband and I heard great things about this limo company so we booked them for our wedding. When we made the reservation we hadn't picked a set time for pick up and drop off but they said I was fine since we booked for 10 hours we had it for the entire day so any times would work. but they had to put a time for pick up and drop off for the system so they picked random pick up times.
Well the week before the wedding we called to make sure everything was all set since nobody had called to confirm anything or request the rest of the payment. Turned out that they booked for another event the same night as ours and told us we needed to pay a ridiculous hourly fee for everything over the time in the contract. I told them what the other employee had told me about having the limo all day and there was no need to have real specific times until it got closer.
They were so rude and refused to help in any way. My husband and I had to pay extra money because they messed up and we couldn't cancel because they would have still charged full price of the original contract. Not only did they charge us a ridiculous extra fee for having to cancel the other party they double booked but they also charged us overage charge for the first half of the time because the limo driver got lost and ran 45 mins behind. also making my now husband late for his own wedding.
The worst part was how rude they were and were not interested in trying to fix the situation or compromise at all. Weddings are stressful enough and how they treated us was AWFUL! I will Never us e them again and neither will any of my friends or family.

This company went above and beyond! From my first contact and booking the limo to my great driver Tom. It was old fashioned type customer service, the kind you don't find anymore. The car picked me up from the airport on time, even though my flight arrived 20 minutes early. They had tracked it! Also, Tom, my driver was extremely professional and helpful in all the questions I had and charging my cellphone for me after it had died on me. All-in-all, I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling in the LA area!

This company is great! We used them for a limo night out 2 weeks back. I told our driver Jon that I would be giving him a 5 star rating for going the extra mile, so am finally getting around to it. The service was much more than expected, complete customer service at every turn. Even calling ahead to the restaurant because we were arriving 20 minutes early.
Our driver maid sure they had our table waiting. I was totally shocked! He went well above and beyond! I highly suggest this company and definately recomend my our driver Jon if you do! They rock!

American Luxury Limousine process was really simple and any emails we sent were replied to with in a few hours. When my wife and I arrived at the airport our driver was waiting directly opposite the doors from Arrivals with a sign that was clear and easy to spot. He had a luggage cart with him so we only had to drag our luggage the few feet from arrivals that he wasn't allowed to enter.
Once in the car there were bottles of water for us The car was spotlessly clean and had loads of room in the back. Was nice that he offered us a choice of music and checked a couple of times that the temperature was OK. We really can not praise both American Luxury Limousine enough. In fact they were so good we booked them again to take us back to the airport after our stay

I had a great experience with American LUXURY Limousine. The on-line booking through made it easy to book. My driver was super nice and professional. He waited for us while our flight was delayed and provided water once I finally made to the car. I called the company and requested on my return to airport and when he came back to pick me up it really felt like personalized service! I highly recommend booking with American LUXURY Limousine.

We booked this Thousand Oaks limo service when we were in town because we wanted to do a wine tour. After calling Malibu Family Wines and asking about tours, they recommended American Luxury Limousine as their "go-to" company for limousine tours. We called and booked with Zeke, who was very knowledgeable and took the headache out of planning, as he made all the reservations for us.
