An Exceptional Limousine

If I could give zero stars I would actually give negative stars. The limousine that was sent to pick up 7 ladies was a health hazard. There was a huge crack in the windshield. The driver got out in sneakers and a hoodie. The limo was in dire need of extreme cleaning and sanitation. The cooler that held soft drinks was filthy and old soda and god knows what else. Floors needed a good vacuum and the old leather seats had cracks all over from neglected leather treatment.

The smell that came out of this vehicle was similar to mothballs. Needless to say we canceled our wine tour for our Bride and Birthday Girl. I would not recommend this company for anything unless you want an 1999 limousine that has not been cared for.

Our driver for our wedding day was fantastic. He was on time through the entire day and very professional. We had a large group but he never once complained and did everything he possibly could be accommodating. We needed to be transported from my home to the place we were doing photos and then to the venue and back home afterwards. He was on time at every location and we never once had to worry about getting places when we needed to be there. He really helped make the wedding so much less stressful. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know that's planning a wedding.

We hired Exceptional Limousine to take us on a Wine Tour and it was a great experience. Their prices were very reasonable. The car that arrived was beautiful and well kept. We had plenty of room and felt very comfortable. At each stop our driver helped us in and out of the limo and was just so polite in general. I will definitely be calling them again the next time we're in need of a limo.

We used these guys for a birthday party and all of us had a complete blast. We had a little bit of a scheduling issue (on our end not there's) but Exceptional Limousine was very accomodating. They did everything they could to help us out. I really look forward to using them again. Everything from the car to the driver to the timing was perfect. I don't have any complaints at all. It was truly the best experience we could have had.

We reserved a limo for a wine tour for about 8 people. The limo that arrived fit us all comfortably and our driver was very helpful. He made sure that we were comfortable, happy, and got to all of our destinations safely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I really think it's important to find a limo company with safe drivers and great customer service and Exceptional Limousine has both. I was not disappointed.

Was in town for a bday party and football game and they were great. The party bus was brand new and super clean. The driver was great as well. I definitely recommend them.

Our wedding wouldn't have been complete without Exceptional Limo. They were so attentive and professional through the whole thing. It was so nice not to have to worry about getting where we needed to go on time. If you need a limo service for your wedding I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They really put their customers first and know how important events are. I couldn't be more grateful.

Exceptional Limousine provided transportation for our wedding party and our guests on Oct. 30, 2021. We used their 16 passenger Limobus for the wedding party and a 10 passenger van for our guest. The Limobus was gorgeous: clean, spacious with comfortable seating, great lighting and a stocked bar. Our drivers were prompt, professional and it was evident that our comfort was their top priority. Scheduling was easy and the communication was excellent. Exceptional Limousine is an outstanding value for a high quality transportation option. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have used this service twice now for airport service and it is always a great experience using them. Their drivers are professional and always on time. They drive very safely and I've never once had an issue. They were very helpful with our luggage and we felt like we received a great value using them. When you book your appointment they are always very responsive to any questions you have and they do everything they can to be accommodating. I will continue to use their services for a long time to come.

I hired Exceptional Limousine for my sister's birthday party. This is the second experience I have had with them and both times they have been great. Their drivers are very professional and super friendly. The company is really easy to communicate with and booking with them is a breeze. During both experiences, they were on time and the vehicles were very clean. We had a wonderful time during the party and we have Exceptional Limousine to thank for it. I will be using them again for sure.

Exceptional Limousine really lived up to its name. We hired them to take us both to and from our wedding venue and reception. There were a handful of different places we needed to be transported during the big day but through it all this company was always on time and so professional. We are truly happy that we decided to use them. There is so much stress that can come up during a wedding so the fact that this company handled themselves so well and gave us a stress-free experience meant so much to us. I highly recommend using their services, you won't be disappointed.

I just wanted to share my experience with Exceptional Limousine because they were wonderful. It was my best friend's birthday and we wanted to take her on a wine tour so her husband and I got to work setting everything up. We called a few limo services for quotes but went with Exceptional Limousine because their rates were very reasonable and they seemed very experienced.

Our driver was just wonderful. He was so professional and polite during the entire experience. We bought several bottles of wine while on our tour and he assisted us getting everything in the car. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality limo service for their event. I would gladly book with them again.

Husband surprised me with a limo for our anniversary. Husband made the reservation two weeks prior, called today 6/20/20 to confirm ( the day of the event) as he didn't hear anything and they had him down for the wrong date (6/27). They called back and did arrange a driver, but they arrived late ( probably because they didn't have the ride down for today).

He arrived and held the door, but The inside handle to the limo was broken. Got in the limo's ac turned on and this paper flew out (as though a napkin was on the fan). I wish I would have taken a picture. The ac was poor at best. When the driver came back to pick us up he said he would be back for 7:10 wasn't there until 7:30. We had to open our own door, as didn't even get out of the drivers seat.

He drove us home VERY QUICKLY. When was given a tip he told us he was told it was a mandatory 50$ tip. The entire time we felt as though we were an after thought. Will not schedule again. Sub par experience; was not welcoming nor dressed professionally.

I contracted Exceptional Limousine to transport 10 people to my daughters wedding July 7,2019. That was a big mistake, the limo driver got lost and could not find the location. He had no cellphone and would not listen to any of our riders that had google mapped the location. Also he did not speak good English and arrived 15 minutes late. We had to hold the wedding up 15 minutes waiting for family to get there.

I would never use them again. It was very hard to even get this arranged with the correct locations and times. I had also contracted a second limo to take the Bride and Groom home.

This is the absolute rudest company I have ever dealt with. I just cancelled about $500 in business with them over whoever answers their phone. They took a reservation from me and knew they didn't have an SUV. When I called back for another SUV, he said they don't have an SUV, they only had a sedan and that's what the customer would get.

So I was lied to on the phone with them and caught it on the second call. Imagine if a sedan showed up with what's expected to be an SUV run with luggage, etc. it would have been a disaster--save yourself and keep shopping!

We booked them for a bachelorette party and we wanted to do the wine tour. On the website it shows 4 different wineries that you will visit and what to expect at each. I got a call the night before asking where we would like to go and I was confused because I thought it was a set tour. They pick only 3 places for us and we went with it but something just didn't feel right.

We got to the first winery and there was a bridal shower so we couldn't even stay there. So no one called any winery's before hand to book anything. So instead of driving an hour to the next winery on the list they made we called closer places and booked tables ourselves. They also wanted to charge me extra in the end because we were supposed to have two limos and only one had shown up (the other guy was running late) but our driver we had had no idea another one was coming.

If I would have known we were going to have to book everything in the end I would have gone with a different limo company that was closer to where we were. I will say our driver was awesome and we ended up having an amazing time regardless of them being incompetent and not doing there job or even doing anything that the "wine tour" says on the website!

We decided to go all out this year for our Christmas party and had rented a limo from exceptional limo. It was a fantastic experience! The limo picked all of us, and the driver was really nice. The inside of the limo was beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time!
