Atlanta VIPRide was FANTASTIC! Our driver Issaya Mesfin, was punctual, courteous and excellent. I contacted Atlanta VIPRide at the last minute and they came through with excellence and met all of our needs. Highly recommend!

I spoke with Issaya to make the arrangement for a 14 Passenger Sprinter van for our kids prom party. Issaya was very timely and helpful. He gets a 5. The driver was Zik and he was on time, very professional, used his work issue cell phone to communicate with me (drivers are not allowed personal cell phones - which I think is a great idea). Anyway, Zik was super nice and timely and had nice things to say about our group. He gets a 5. The Mercedes Sprinter van was clean and very nice and it gets a 5. OVERALL 5 and I would certainly use them again and again, Thank YOU!

Absolutely seamless! Issaya and the entire ATL VIP rental team were kind, patient detailed, prompt, humble and reassuring during one of the busiest seasons (prom) of the year for limo / charter bus rentals. I hosted a surprise party for a family member, and Issaya helped curate the night with me every step of the way. He knew what to expect, he gave me heads ups, and tips to make my night more efficient.

He helped to create lifelong memories, and was patient enough to take as many pictures as we liked. This was bar none the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERACTION I have had in more than 2 years. With so many business claiming that the mistreatment of people and lack of customer care are a byproduct of the pandemic, ATL VIP rentals have remained the gold standard for true customer service. They went above and beyond with setting up an 8 hour drive with 6 hours notice for a 19 person sprinter. On top of that the drive started at 930pm. Great service setting up. Absolutely the best experience for my 35th Birthday Celebration to the Chateau Elan Winery. Our driver Issaya was VERY accommodating I mean PERFECT. He took our pictures, helped us step on and off of the bus & got us everywhere on time. The luxury Mercedes Sprinter looked even better in person. The cleanliness was appreciated. The driver was very professional and even Drove us from one side of the winery to the other. I will be reserving another style Mercedes Sprinter for our next event. Highly recommend this luxury Transportation company.

Issaya and his team are wonderful! Very easy to work with them to schedule transportation for large or small groups. Their vehicles are clean and equipped nicely. The drivers are very professional, polite, on time, and dependable. We had multiple trips scheduled with them, and each time we had the same exceptional level of service. We will use them any time we need car service!

I can't remember the last time that I've had such a high level of customer service than I did working with Issaya for this last-minute transportation need. Amazing service. We had an ongoing event and had a few rides. All transfers were of extreme high quality. Rides were ready at least 30 min prior to pick up time. Any problem we had was solved. We would definitely work with Atlanta VIP Ride again.

I recently rented two days in a Sprinter van from this company. The driver was Eric. The whole experience was great. The van was good, but it was the driver who made the difference. He was friendly and he made good suggestions. He was right on time for every connection and pick-up. He was very professional at all times while also being warm and friendly and very nice.
