We offer 24/hr 365 day-a-year account representatives. An account representative is always available to help accommodate your needs. Reservations are required to ensure customer satisfaction. We will always try to accommodate last-minute reservations, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability. Our Fleet Includes new model vehicles includes the following.

Often, we receive phone calls for price quotes that result in the following response: "That's higher than the other companies we've called!" - That's correct. Our prices are slightly higher than the "mass" limousine companies that run large fleets, and offer discount rates.

Aaron and his drivers are the only ones I trust to drive me from the city back home. The level of service and courtesy are unmatched. Aaron is very responsive to inquiries. A great car service for any need. We surprised our daughter with a stretch limo for her 16th birthday dinner downtown and the it was an amazing experience. The driver was all dressed up more formally than usual, including his cap, and he made her feel like the princess she is. Thanks Aaron for all your work. You have a wonderful company.

Eight of us traveled to New York City and BASE arranged for a car to take us to and from the airport and hotel in downtown Manhattan. The drivers were waiting for us each way, were very courteous and efficient. We could not have asked for better service and thank BASE for making our trip stress free! We highly recommend BASE for all of your transportation needs!

I travel frequently for work. Base has been my transportation to and from O'Hare for over a decade. Over the years, I've had numerous last-minute schedule changes in my travel plans; the company has always been able to accommodate these without any suggestion of what I'm sure can be inconveniences for them. The drivers are professional and friendly - and strike the perfect balance of light conversation and quiet time.
Base makes my work life a bit less stressful, and I wouldn't consider any other option (taxi, uber, etc). There's a reason they are a "favorites" on my phone. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
