I Requested a quote and within 10 minutes I got a response! Spoke with Gary and got everything set up without a hassle or any issues. We talked about a couple of different prices and I got a great deal. I explained that this was for my parents 70th Wedding Anniversary Celebration to be held at Ironstone Vineyard and was going to be their very first ride in a Limo in their 90 years.

We were all set to go 2 1/2 weeks prior to the event. How exciting! Well, 3 days before the event was to be held on a Saturday (probably the busiest Limo rental day) Gary called and cancelled. Gave me a story, which to me was pretty obvious that he got a late call for a higher paying fare. So, now at the last minute I am scrambling to find a limo for my parents big day.

After calling many many places with no hope in sight, someone told me about Neuman Enterprises in Sacramento. I called and they saved the day! Driver was the absolute best and you could tell he was having fun and was enjoying seeing my parents when the Limo drove up. Their day wasn't ruined because of Bella, it was saved because of Neuman. I highly recommend this company AND their prices were very reasonable even being from Sacramento and I live in Modesto.

When I told them what happened, they were appalled and asked me "who does that sort of thing"? I replied. Bella does. In fact, all of the different Limo companies I called asked me that very same question with disgust in their voices. I could not believe a company would actually do something like that. When I read the reviews about being able to "fit" someone in on a very busy weekend at the last minute, now I know why.

They cancel on someone else, with no regard for them, and take a hirer paying job! Not professional at all, and certainly not reliable. I will never recommend Bella and I will forever tell this story.

I had a last might scheduling for a limo for a wedding. They were great in accommodating on what was a busy weekend as they squeezed us in. Pricing was great also. Doug was our driver and it was a great experience. He was very patient and had a good personality. The limo arrived on time was clean and nicely stocked. With all the things going on and this being a last minute venture scheduling was simple, the experience was excellent and the price was right. Most highly recommend Bella when you need a limo.

Gary and Jeff were awesome to work with! Beautiful and clean ride! Jeff was such a fun driver - friendly and knowledgeable! Next time I will request him for sure!

We used Bella Tours Limousine last weekend 5/4/19 for a wedding in Modesto and a reception in Ceres at Berryhills' Vineyard. The logistics of transport were slightly complex but due to a seamless communication with the owner and the driver the event went on without a glitch. The transportation was in top notch style. We have some amazing pictures of the flower girls enjoying the fully stocked "water bar". We would 100% recommend Gary and his Bella Tours Limousine service to anyone.

We will be forever grateful to Bella Tours. My daughter lost her best friend in a terrible accident last week. Last night, Bella Tours offered to take all her friends to the memorial in a beautiful and fun limousine bus- free of charge. It was a nice break from the tears and shock that has completely wrecked and absorbed these young boys and girls all week. Bella Tours was empathetic but also understanding, exciting, and fun.

On top of being an incredibly generous business- Bella Tours has 5 star service. The bus was amazing! I've never seen anything like it. Lights, music, etc. simply incredible. We will never use anyone but Bella Tours for our future needs. I encourage you to do the same!

Beyond impressed! Not only was Gary incredibly easy to work with, their prices were much more reasonable than other local limo companies! Our driver, Abby, was also really great! Would definitely use them again for the next special event!

Reserved the T7 for my daughters private Tea party to celebrate her 9th birthday. The limo was pristine, the driver was amazing and everything went according to plan. They created a lasting memory for my girls. The service was prompt and they made my girls feel like princesses for a day. Highly recommended!

Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe my experience with Bella tours. I called in and got a quote from the owner of the business. I tripled checked the price with him, gave him the pick up and drop off location so he knew exactly the distance that would be traveled. He gave me a reasonable quote and we got everything set up and he said he would send me a confirmation later on in the day. 2 days later he has his office receptionist called me back and let me know that it's actually going to be 2x the price that he said he'd made an error.

Any good, faith business would honor the quote he had originally gave me. After I asked her to check with her boss and see if they could honor the original price she said that that it "would be a waste" to call her boss because she already knew the answer, but agreed to call anyways. She called me back and hour and half later and said that they would be unwilling to honor the price they quoted me and collected my credit card info for. Don't waste your time booking with them. They are shady and run an untrustworthy business. Total scammer.

This limo company really is wonderful and so accommodating. We've used them twice with total satisfaction. Clean limos. Prompt service. Super accommodating and flexible. Very satisfied!

When I needed a limo for my 50th birthday celebration in San Francisco, I knew I called the right company. Abby was the most fantastic driver - on time, professional, a safe and too sweet for words. She took excellent care of me and my friends. The Hummer limo was total awesome sauce, we had the BEST time! Thank you Bella Tours for a wonderful experience.

We have used Bella many times for airport trips to Oakland, Sacramento and San Francisco and our driver Doug has been great. We have never had to wait, he has always been on time and with some great music!

These guys might be a great Limo company but I just watched one driver block traffic and customers for 10 minutes to hold a spot at the gas station. Even the gas station attendant came out but he wouldn't move. Maybe there customer service is better if you actually rent the limos. Otherwise they appear to be rude and inconsiderate.

Absolutely terrific service! Planning a wedding can be a stressful event but Gary made this piece of the planning so easy! He was quick to respond to my quote request, get the contract out, and follow up to make sure everything was set. Last weekend was my daughter's wedding and the driver was awesome, on time, had a couple pickup's and dropoffs for groomsmen and bridal party and didn't miss a beat! Thank you for making the day special! Even got a follow up call after to make sure we were happy! Awesome Service!

I was very happy with my limousine rental from Bella Tours Limousine. I had a unique request in which Gary accommodated. His driver Isabella was an amazing driver and was absolutely wonderful with us. I will use Bella Tours again and I feel you can't go wrong if you choose them as well. A+ Driver and A+ service. Thank you Gary and Isabella. You both helped make my sons homecoming from overseas a memorable one.

I would definitely not recommend this limo service for any airport transportation. We scheduled a limo to pick us up and take us to SF airport for our vacation on 1/11/16 at 5pm. This went very smooth, limo was on time and driver was very nice. Where things went horribly wrong was the pick up from the airport on 1/20/16 at 1am. I was assured numerous times that the time was not going to be an issue and guaranteed that the limo would be there to pick us up at 1am.

Well guess what, NO LIMO! We retrieved our luggage and walked out and there was no driver waiting for us. I immediately called Gary to see if the driver was running late or was parked elsewhere waiting for us. Gary told me that he would contact the driver and get right back to me. Fifteen minutes later I called Gary again, only to be told that the driver was not going to make it and he is trying to secure another driving service to pick us up.

After an hour of being stranded at the airport at 1am, a black suburban, NOT A LIMO, drives up to take us home. We were very grateful for this driver, from a Bay Area driving service, for staying on duty way past his quitting time to make sure we got home. I spoke with Gary the next day and expressed our dissatisfaction with his service and that we expected some sort of compensation for the hassle, the hour delay and not getting what we paid for, a limo!

He said he would send me "something". It has been 2 weeks now and I've received nothing from them. This company is very unreliable and untruthful in many areas. I would strongly recommend not using them!

Lately, Bella Tours limousine has been my reliable choice for destinations to and fro. Friendly and always available for my needs, as well as my close friends. Very professional staff. Doug, our driver is the bomb! You are more of the gang then just our driver. The cars are always nice and clean. Thank you Bella Tours for making my destinations safe!

This review is long overdue. I wanted to surprise my sister for her 21st birthday and her friends. The owner (Forgot her name) worked with my budget. She was amazing. I got a Hummer Limo, white for an amazing price. They are awesome!

We hired Bella for winery tours for some out of town guests. Gary was very helpful setting up a wine tour for us in the Lodi region before hand, and said that our driver was familar with the area and may have additional suggestions. He was right. Our driver, Doug, suggested some alternative wineries we had not been to before, and we had a great time tasting great wines at the places he suggested. Doug was very friendly and professional and the limo was perfect. We had champagne and water chilling when we got into the clean and well maintained limo and the day was delightful. Thank you Gary and Doug!

If I didn't have to put a star I wouldn't have. We rented one for a wedding party and the service was horrible. The AC didn't work (it was 95 degrees outside). There was only about 6 sodas and no water when they told us it was going to be fully stocked. The AUX cord wouldn't work. Im glad I now know who NOT to use for my wedding.

The T9 was not the same interior or layout as based on pictures that were sent to me from Gary, the owner. I chose this larger limo instead of the smaller limo due to its spectacular interior. I should have saved my money and gone with the smaller limo since I had a smaller group. The interior of the limo that showed up was somewhat run down, the chrome plastic interior decoratives were chipped and dirty, the sun roof was welded shut, and the fiber optics that were shown in the picture were not the same whatsoever and some not functioning.

Quite lackluster actually. As for service, our drinks and ice were not replenished and our guests were very thirsty. We rented the limo for seven (7) hours, and when I brought it up to Gary about my service or lack thereof, I was told that his driver didn't have enough time between stops to replenish us. I can assure you that the driver had plenty of time to be on his cell phone and that there were several opportunities to restock the limousine.

He even missed one of my text messages and never pulled the limo up to get us because he was sitting in the front seat on the phone. He could have easily restocked us with water and sodas, maybe even ice. It wouldn't have taken but a couple minutes. Truth. Please don't rely on the pictures of the T9 as they are not the same vehicle that will show up.

Would I use this company again? Doubtful. It really wasn't worth it. It's more expensive than the other outfits, and the quality of service and limousine was mediocre at best.

We hired Bella Tours for our wedding to take us from the wedding venue to our home! part way into the wedding we decided everyone was having a great time and we wanted to stay later. We completely forgot to call the limo. It was 10:51pm and there were suppose to be there at 11:00pm when we finally called saying we were to be an hour later. They were very accommodating with the last minute changes, which was really awesome! I would highly recommend this company for their convenience, accommodations, and overall professionalism.
