Company advertises 12 person limo. 10 people barely fit and had to lap it. Then limo broke down after first stop on wine tasting trip. 45 min later they sent a white van. Now they won't take my call or respond about a refund. The driver of our limo won't take my call either after he told me he was an owner. Ruined birthday so clearly not pleased.

They charged me ahead of time. The driver never showed up. When we called the main office they claimed the driver called because he was running late. The driver tried to call is 5 minutes prior to the pick up time from the movie theater. Of course we cant answer the phone in the theatre. The man in the main office was screaming at me on the phone. I will never use this service again and suggest no one else does.
