I'm very happy with Best Way Transportation service. We had some issues with our group, so we had to make some changes to our reservation, Zach was very nice and helpful, he accommodated with our changes. The driver arrived on time, she was very kind and professional, did everything we requested. We also got upgrade to a 18 pax stretch limo, the car was clean and in very good condition. I highly recommend this company!

Some fellow moms and I took a Sunday off from parenting to go and enjoy a day trip to Napa. We couldn't have been happier with our driver and the service from Best Way. He was amazing and even went back to a winery to pick up a bottle they forgot to give us so we could enjoy it at lunch. The service was the best and I can't thank them enough for making our day away memorable.

I was very happy with the process of reserving and then the flexibility when it came time for having extended fun! We were quoted a price with tip included even though we didn't know how many people would be joining-which made it easy to budget our wine country reunion, and as spontaneous plans were happening we were easily accommodated and no hassle at all. Zach was very responsive and through. We needed buses to transport my huge family from Hayward to my cousins wedding in San Francisco. There are a lot of us. We're notoriously late. And the bluegrass festival is in the city. Zach helped us with the logistics to book buses to pick up two different locations. We wanted one 50+person bus to keep the cost down but their large shuttle was taken. Zach gave us two different smaller shuttles for the same price. I really appreciating him taking the time to help us get what we needed. Thank you!

I really like this limo company! Zack was so helpful and polite. We decide to try the party bus instead of the limo and our party was incredible! I bought the big decoration package for my moms 50th birthday , when the bus arrive we were amazed with how modern and beautiful the decoration was. Our driver diego was professional and very courteous. They deserve 5 stars

Best Way Limo provided excellent service for my daughters surprise 13th birthday lunch. The driver (Tony) helped the kids hook up their music, tuned out the NOISE from 21 12 & 13 yr olds, 5 adults and 4 kids 9 and under. The Limo bus arrived on time, drove us to our destination on time and responded quickly to my text that we would be ready in 10 mins after our lunch.
He let the group have photo ops and play music right up until our end time. Overall a great experience for 13 year olds. I will definitely book (and recommend) this company in the future.

Long overdue review. we booked a party bus for my boyfriend and my birthdays to go up to Napa. We were first assisted by alma who is super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. She was very patient throughout our reservation processes ( we made a lot of changes) On the day off Robert, our driver came in time with the clean bus, ready and parked right at the pickup location.
The ride and the bus were very pleasant throughout the whole trip. I'd highly recommend bestway Limousine for Anyone looking for a transportation service :) we will definitely reach out to Bestway limo if we ever need their amazing service again.

Best way limo is a great limo service and never let us down. Prior to flying into San Francisco, we knew better than to park a rental car downtown. I used google to find a good Limo service. Best way limo looked like the best and they were! Before I got off the plane, I was surprised to see I had a text and voice message on my cell phone letting me know that my Best way limo driver was ready to pick us up.
I was impressed! Once we picked up our luggage at the carousel, our driver was there. What a great guy! On the way to our hotel he took the time to point out things and give us information about San Francisco. We also used Best way limo on our way back to the airport.
