Top notch service, Big Easy Limos is very professional and I highly recommend. The vehicles are immaculate. They added a newer Bentley to their fleet which I absolutely loved.

Big Easy Limos provided exceptional service for my daughter's wedding in New Orleans. Both mini buses and the sedan were promptly waiting early outside the lobby to transport the bridal party and guests to the church and back. I received email updates advising they were on their way and when they arrived. The quoting and payment process was effortless. Steven was so accommodating and friendly. Our driver, Ben, was the best. He dressed the part, was courteous and took good care of us. The car was beautiful and clean. It was the first time my aunt, who was celebrating her 80th birthday, had ever been in a limo. Ben made our trip something we will all remember. We could not ask for more--Big Easy provided a limo bus and a Rolls Royce for a wedding. They were professional, friendly and arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. They sent text updates, so we never had to worry about their not being there or being late. Vehicles were spotlessly clean and drivers were so nice!

We used Big Easy for a surprise wedding proposal. Our driver Felix was extremely polite and accommodating. I loved the email deployment notification giving us the drivers name and phone number, then in route, and arrived. It was perfect because we gave Felix the wrong pick up stop and the notification system made is simple to pin point. 1000000000000% recommend these guys.

Big Easy Limos provided wonderful transportation for the day of my husband and I's wedding. The Bentley driver was courteous and we enjoyed speaking with him when he picked us up after the wedding. The transportation was on time and the vehicles were clean. They answered the phone after the reception to coordinate a pick up as some guests left their phones in one of the buses which was nice. They ensured we were able to get to point A to point B comfortably and in class. I recommend Big Easy Limos!

Awful! I booked a limo to bring a few friends and myself to the Northshore for my bridal shower since I knew we would have a few celebratory glasses of champagne and I did not want anyone to drive across the causeway. Prior to my scheduled pick up, I received 6 emails confirming my booking including the cell phone and name of my driver. Imagine my surprise when there was no limo that showed up at the scheduled time!

I called the driver and he immediately put the blame on me and told me he was in the french quarter! I was supposed to be picked up in Old Metairie and they are located in Kenner...so what were they doing in the french quarter???? Anyway they said that they had been trying to get in touch with me and that I was allegedly out of the country...not true...After I hung up with the driver I called the company and they immediately started blaming me for their mistake.

I was totally irritated because I was missing my bridal shower because of them. They came up with about 50 other excuses (most of them blaming me, just totally rude and i professional) and finally someone came clean and said they messed up...I was able to hop in a car with a friend to get to shower after cancelling the limo, then the limo showed up to pick up my remaining friends anyway, so they got in and the limo took us back.

Let me just say, this limo was really old and and the auxiliary cord didn’t work so we basically put someone’s iPhone in a cup on the bar for music. What a disgusting excuse for a company...the kicker for the entire day is that one of my friends asked which company I used and she used them for her wedding and booked them 8 months in advance and instead of sending her a limo, they sent her a “Casino bus” and they said that that was all they had left, she told me that they never informed her that they were sending something other than what she ordered or that their limos were totally booked when she made a booking 8 months prior! DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY!

We used this company for our wedding. We had 2 limos to pick up both wedding parties at 2 different addresses. They were EXCELLENT. They showed up early, cars were clean, and very careful. Our limo driver even got out his limo to talk to cops and remove barricades in the rain down Bourbon St to get us to our destination. We definitely recommend them.

Used this service for an airport transfer. I called and booked an SUV FOR 5 adults and our toddler. I specifically called because they assured me that they would be able to provide me with a front facing car seat. This seemed like a much more viable option than expecting our two year old to wait in a taxi line. The driver showed up we gathered our luggage and led us to a car with no car seat.

We made the trek to our destination car was comfortable driver helped us unload our bags When I called the next day to inquire about why I didn't get a car seat and could I be refunded the deposit I paid for the car seat. I never got any response or refund.

Used Big Easy Limos on our wedding day. Had the driver pick us up, drive is around the French Quarter for pictures, drop us off at our reception, then pick us back up. Great service, great price. The driver emailed and texted us when he arrived. Texted/emailed to let me know when he arrived back at the restaurant. He didn't mind driving us all over the French Quarter for pictures, it was a great time.

We used them last night. The car was very nice: clean, quiet, and everything functioned. The driver, Eddie, was beyond professional and courteous. Their email service provided updates all night long and no cash was needed for any portion of the payment. The overall price was cheaper than anywhere else I looked. I highly recommend them. Absolutely ask for Eddie to be your driver. He was fantastic.

This service was awful! The driver was extremely rude and was determined to cut his service with us short! We only used 4 of the 5 hours. The driver complained at every possible opportunity and he had a HORRIBLE attitude. We are a cheerful bunch, most of us are in the service industry and extremely easy to please. The limo barely even had enough glasses for our drinks. It was ridiculous. I would not recommend this service to anyone. What a waste of money!

I had my hesitation in booking these guys because they were so much cheaper than many of their competitors. They were friendly and easy to deal with. When the limo bus arrived, we were so relieved. It was clean and new. The driver was dressed nicely and was very professional. Highly recommended!

We used Big Easy Limos to drive my husband and I to dinner for our anniversary, so we could both drink and enjoy the evening. It was not cheap, but the driver was polite, punctual; the car was comfy and immaculate. Won't do this again any time soon (pricey!) but it was great for one night.
