Nice friendly staff. I had 100 questions and they answered with no hesitation. The Driver of the limo was polite and extremely helpful. If I ever need a limo again I will call them for sure.

We used Birmingham limo for our party bus at our wedding on 5/7/22. They were very quick at responding and were reasonably priced! The driver was on time and the party bus was clean and super spacious on the inside! We only had one incident where the driver has thought that we had gone over time and asked for cash at the drop off. When we contacted the company they explained the that there was a miscommunication and immediately refunded our money. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of transportation for an event!

I used Birmingham Limo for my daughter's wedding. 4-9-22. The wedding party enjoyed the ride to the church, church to photos after, with a few stops before final drop at reception. Very pleased from booking to arrival at reception.

My wife and I just got back from the Jeff Dunham show at the Huntington arena in Toledo this evening, February 24, 2022 and we used Birmingham Limo service. Mr. Glen was our driver and he did a FANTASTIC JOB FOR US. He picked us up on time, had some bottles of water for us if we wished. He dropped us off right at the door of the area. And told us he'd pick is up right there at the side walk and to call him when we were done and he would meet us at the door.

And he did! It has snowed and was slippery and Glen took his time bringing us back to our hotel safe and sound. I would highly recommend Birmingham Limo service for all your transportation needs and especially Mr. Glen as your driver! We used Birmingham for our wedding for transportation for the bridal party. Picked us up at the church, took us to the park for pictures, and dropped us off at the reception venue. We used the 12 passenger limo bus. The shuttle bus was nice, clean, comfy, perfect amount of room for 12 people! They let us bring drinks on and I also loved the colors changing! the driver was on time or early and really nice! He didn't seem bothered by how crazy we were! Thank you for helping the day go smoothly and getting us where we needed to go!

Birmingham Limo was great! We hired them to shuttle reception guests from the venue back to the hotel and they were prompt, accommodating and professional! We made a last minute change to the timing the day before the wedding, and both Mike and Emily were easy to work with, made the change immediately - no hassles. The day of the wedding, I loved that I received a text telling me they were on-site! Would highly recommend and will use again for sure!

Reasonably priced and outstanding service! The limo driver was prompt picking us up for our wedding. Very nice driver. My husband left his cell phone in the limo at the end of the night. We texted the driver, he called us and told us he would bring the phone back to us instead of having us meet him. Most affordable for your wedding day, and they have discounts for veterans. Our driver, Ken, was very professional and helpful. The party bus we rented had a really great sound system, w/ Bluetooth hookup or cable to hookup your phone and listen to your parties favorite tunes. Two bottles of champagne came w/ the rental, and they were both delicious. The bus was clean and classy. Don't spend $700+ at other places!

Great service. We used this company to transport my husband and myself from our wedding reception to the hotel. Our driver was on time, the car was exactly what we requested, everything was clean, and our ride was very comfortable. We also had two bottles of water waiting in the back seat which was a nice touch.

Often times I have clients that I provide transportation for via limo; these are prospects that I want to impress with quality service and high standards. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that Birmingham is one of the few companies respected by the community in Toledo.

When taking a client out after a business proposal, I was unable to book Birmingham for the evening. I "googled" limo service for the Toledo area and I contacted another provider. The vehicle was clean, and the help was acceptable, however, I did not know that I was being associated with a reputation for utilizing this company. Not only was I patronized by my business partner who lives in the area, but also my company questioned the charge on my company provided business credit card--this was the the company I used as transportation provider and when looked up it also shares association with adult entertainment. If you want the best, and you want to remain un-patronized, choose Birmingham the only provider for all the elite.
