If you use this company you will regret it. I used them for an airport transfer. They were late. BUT several weeks afterwards and after I had been billed correctly for the airport transfer they billed me incorrectly several hundred dollars for service that I never reserved, used or anything. I have placed dozens of calls to the company and sent e-mails and no one will call me back. When I filed a complaint with the BBB they lied and said I never notified them of the problem but I had conservations with several employees including George and I have phone records and e-mails that prove I tried to contact them. To date they have not responded to me and it's been about six weeks that I have been trying to rectify this situation. It is real interesting how someone answers the phone for reservations but no one will ever answer the phone for customer service. The reservations people will plead ignorant and I have even been hung up by reservations people when I ask them why customer service will not return my phone call.
