Great Company. I had contacted Mr Nolan B about a private Reservation and I was very pleased the way I was treated. The level of communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend this Company. Thank you once again.

All vehicles from busses to town cars are washed, polished and sanitized before every trip. Staff is amazing Drivers are courteous, safe and know there way around. Perfect for those that don't drive and even for those that prefer to drive, now you can sit back and enjoy the ride.

I have used Black Tie for a number of years in most of their vehicles. I owe this review and more for the level of service they provide. Many people view transportation as going from Point A to B, however if you are looking to do that + reliability, professionalism, timeliness, transparency in communication and luxury while you travel, Black Tie stands out as one of the best, if not The best in transportation services in the Bay Area.

Their chauffeurs are extremely courteous, well mannered and can handle the customers and vehicles they drive with elegance. Reservations are easy, status updates are timely and clear and they never miss anything. The vehicles are immaculately clean, well maintained and sanitized for every ride. Small businesses have been impacted by the pandemic and I hope this one weathers the situation and comes out very favorably in the future.

I have used them for myself and recommended them to others and each time it is nothing but the best. If you are looking for a safe, reliable and luxurious means to travel in the bay area, i would highly recommend BlackTie. Ricardo and Vincent were the two Chauffeurs who took us on our ride recently and both of them were a pleasure to travel with. Kudos to the entire team supporting them as well for making it flawless for us.

My sis graduated so we rented a bus to take us to San Jose for bar hoping. the driver Keith picked us up from Oakland. And took us to San Jose. Keith's only rule was that we turned up and had a great time. and that is what we did. Keith made sure we had everything we needed. he had no problem waiting for the last person to show up. took us to get ice for the cooler.he dropped us off at the first club. as soon as we was ready to go he picked us up with in mins. I've used plenty of party busses and limousine services but hands.

Down this was the best experience I ever had. the service was amazing and Keith well uncle Keith was a wonder host.he even gave us a envelope with a lotto ticket. I checked my numbers I didn't win. when u book ask for Keith to ensure a good time

Applied for a position here and was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter. Had a zoom interview with her "recruiter", then she had set me up for another zoom interview with Michael. She then informed me that he liked how the interview went and asked if I could come in and do a in person interview which will consist of Michael and the owner Bill. Sure so that was set up. I'm not the type of person who will just take any JOB as just a JOB.

I have solid 26 years of experience with proven record. Arrived at the office, very empty due to the pandemic they had to lay off a few employees. I saw a few gentleman walked past me and didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting for my interview. Scheduled at 3:00pm, finally I did see Michael since I remembered what he had looked like and also Bill the owner. Uh hello 3:30pm arrived and still no one has came up to me but just walks by me without letting me know that someone will come get me.

This is far unprofessional to me. Finally Michael comes and formally greets me "4:00"pm and doesn't apologize that it's over an hour later ok not going to make a big deal. No one in this office had a mask on, but I did since the virus is still around. Why does both Michael and Bill asked me why I had it on and that every employee is vaccinated.

Ok that's great but there is no law stating that I can't wear a mask indoors. Interview done, then a few days later Michael emails me asking me to come in a day to do what they call a "Discovery Day". I can see how the work life is there and also if they think I can be a fit to the team. I picked a Wednesday 10am-2pm. Arrived there 9:45am and Michael asked me to shadow a few people there, mind you there's only a few ladies there. Was suppose to have been done at 2:00pm but looked at the time and it's 3:20pm.

Finally both Bill "owner" and Michael brought me into the office. Bill asked me if the recruiter talked to me about my mask? I told him no why? He said that he needed to see my whole face without the mask and I told him that I live with my mom who's a senior citizen with a lot of health issues and didn't want to take a chance of getting it.

He informed me again that their all vaccinated, so I told him that's great and I am too. Then he asked me how was it sitting with the few ladies and so I told him that it went well and I named the few names and stopped on the last person. He then had the audacity to ask me "do you know how to spell?" and I said yes why? He said cause you didn't know the last ladies name and thought for a minute before I named her.

First and foremost don't ever ask that type of question joking or not and second of all if I want to wear a mask I will wear a mask it's not like I committed a crime. So that discovery day I didn't wear a mask. As I was leaving Michael asked me to think about the position and call him in the morning. Bill he said I want you to work here.

I did call Michael no answer so left a voicemail just like how he asked me to. Did I get a call back? No, it's not my loss it's theirs. And the hourly they want to pay is like minimum wage to me. To Bill- take a class on how to speak to others with respect and also I did report your facility to the Health Department on how you don't like people to wear a mask in the office.

Poor customer service all she could say was No we can't service you asked if she had a referral.nothing!

As I begin to explain my experience with black tie transportation note that I wanted to be employed by this company and was looking forward to my interview. Upon arrival it was hard to find parking after doing so I walked inside aside from it being quiet I was approached by the front desk woman, handing me an in person application after filling it out the woman had handed it off to the man who was going to interview me.

Before he could walk to me the owner intercepted the paperwork and approached me asked me if I wanted a job there in response I said yes sir, in his shocking reply he told me I don't think so get the F$&* out of my business I thought to myself he must be joking this is some type of shock factor that he does. I exited the building in a smile thinking that this guy is an entertainer.

A little time had passed and no one walked outside after me, then I thought to myself what's going on. I walked inside and asked if he was serious holding him back was another man in a business suit telling him to calm down as he yelled profanity's at me, my response in shock was that I'm sorry that you have to work with this man. The owner lost his cool in my face yelling and becoming very aggressive trying to initiate a fight stating do you want to hit me following up with get the F*** out of my business mother F***** as I walked out I couldn't believe that that was the owner and that's how he conducted his business DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

I was calling around to shop prices for a party bus for 2 consecutive days. The person that originally answered the phone was nice and cordial. He took my information and quoted me a price- seems to be in the mid high range for all of the transportation companies I called- and told me he would have the wedding coordinator call me back. The coordinator, Jeanette, calls me the following day.

The only words I have to describe are rude and completely self centered. The service failure here is because she did not listen to what I wanted, where I had shopped, and continued to cut me off so she could talk more. I happened to get great pricing for comparable party buses, and was curious if they price match or for her to explain what the competitive advantage is to book with them.

She became combative and said- "book with who you want, go look at the cars." Ummmm- excuse me, but if you are trying to sell me your company, start by listening and relating to the clients needs. Stop talking over me. And she handles weddings? 3 stars because when I did call they answered quickly and got me the information I was seeking professionally.

Black Tie Transportation made an unforgettable birthday with wine tastings in Napa. Jeanette was wonderful and a delight to work with. She really listened to our group and the type of experience we wanted to have in Napa. She then coordinated all of our tasting appointments on our schedule. She knew all the best wineries to go and made it so easy for us.

The limo sprinter was fabulous and our driver Robert was fun and professional. He provided top notch service refreshing the limo between tastings and being timely at all our pick up locations. He really added to our experience. This is the second time I've used Black Tie Transportation and I would recommend them to anyone looking to plan their next event or winery adventure.

On 10/08/2020 on 880 southbound a vehicle from this company nearly caused a multi-car accident by forcing their way in between me and the car in front of me. They barely cleared the car in front of me and barely missed hitting the front of my car. Traffic came to an abrupt halt just as this driver forced their way into my lane. As I was already slamming on my brake to avoid hitting the rear of their car, I was able to avoid hitting their vehicle. License: 78389S2 Permit: TCP 4389B I have a photo of the incident, as we came to a standstill.

Black Tie did an absolute fantastic job on my friends 30 year Wedding Anniversary. We went to Napa and had a great experience. Thank you Black Tie you made our year!

Black Tie was truly a pleasure to deal with. From the very beginning phone call answered by Crystal to the driver Jake. I had them pick up my elderly parents at Oakland airport and drive to San Jose. The driver was wearing a mask and gloves the whole time and the car was super clean. They were on time and waiting with a name card, even though the flight arrived 30 mins early.

The driver helped load and unload heavy luggage at the airport and even brought it upstairs inside my parents home. The overall cost was expensive as it included a service fee and gratuity (which they were very transparent about up front), but was worth every penny. I plan to use Black Tie every time I need chauffeured service going fwd.

We recently used Black Tie Transportation for our three-day staff retreat in San Francisco which entailed moving 156 people to and from the airport and to different activities around the city. They were amazing. The drivers were professional, extremely nice and accommodating, informative, and always on time. The service representatives and their dispatch were wonderful to work with down to the very last detail. And last but not least, the buses were extremely clean and modern. We plan to use Black Tie again should the need arise, and I highly recommend them!

Wow. Just called and the lady was incredibly rude and condescending as if I was wasting her time. The woman told me it would be over $300 to book an SUV from Pleasanton to Concord. She said it very rudely and as though she didn't want to do the work of perhaps finding drivers. What got to me was she said it in a "oh you don't want to book this it's too expensive" sort of way.

I mean if she hadn't said it that way I wouldn't have even questioned it or looked up what I had previously paid. I would've just booked the SUVs and been done with it no problem. Matter fact when we usually book, we don't even ask for a price we just book and they send a confirmation. I looked at some previous bookings and it was much less than what she was trying to charge us.

And that time, they took us to San Jose. She told me that they give discounts for airport transfers. But they also charged us much less when they took us to my husband's speaking engagements in San Francisco. I mean if she had at least said something like our prices have gone up because of this or that, I would have understood. It was just her condescending attitude.

And you would think she would at least suggest perhaps a different vehicle, or something. Nope. It's perplexing that they're able to run a business like that. Especially with all sorts of companies going out of business you would think that they would be at least nice. Every other person I had ever talk to there was incredibly nice but this lady just had a bad attitude.

And to be honest, if she didn't have such a terrible attitude and pretty much do everything she could to deter me from booking the SUVs, I would have just booked the freaking reservations. Holy cow sorry for inconveniencing you with my request for the services you were supposed to provide. Geez.

Would recommend using them versus any other company. Great customer service all around. Rose was a gem! Our vehicle was amazing. Loved how clean and updated all the technology was in the Mercedes-Benz sprinter. Thank you all for making our experience memorable.

Two rides to SFO from San Ramon. Return from Amsterdam forgot to schedule pickup. They were waiting for me and I had no idea! About to call Uber and bam.at my feet for a pickup! They tracked my return flight. Also just met CEO who gave me a tour of facility. Large computer and TV screens tracking every flight and airline. Every traffic situation. When Black Tie says they will get you there in time it's because they are in precision control of the situation.

I will never again stress will I make it to the airport in time. Or will they remember to pick me up. I've seen the tracking operation. They have it covered! Seriously I thought I was hiring a driver with a cellphone app. No! Better! So nice to travel stress free. Love Black Tie.

Best transportation company in the US. They practice a lost art of service. Professional drivers attend to your every need. The vehicles are clean and safe. Best in class luxury equipment that is detailed and maintained to the highest standards. My family has used the service a couple dozen times for business and pleasure and it's always been 5 stars.

We recently used Black Tie for a winery tour in Napa. They were amazing! After doing some research on yelp and with a suggestion from a friend we decided to go with Black Tie. I emailed back and forth with Jennifer and she was great, she made everything so easy! We told her the date, number of people and where we were going and we were all set after that!

They even sent a handwritten card thanking us for choosing Black Tie, a very nice touch! Our driver, Victor, showed up a little early, we weren't quite ready but he patiently waited until we were. Victor was an excellent driver! He got us were we needed to go quickly and safely! We all felt very safe in the bus with him, and he was so very nice! The bus was very clean and they gave us complimentary water, orange juice and champagne! Everything made for a great day! Would absolutely use them again without hesitation!

We could not have asked for better for the transportation for our wedding. We had a full bus load of international guests who were nervous about driving out here, so a bus was essential, and Black Tie made everything easy. Despite picking two venues that weren't easy to get to, and having different numbers using the bus at each stage, Black Tie ensured everything went perfectly.

Not only that, but dealing with them before the wedding was genuinely pleasant, they sent us cards wishing us luck and thanking us for being great customers, really we couldn't have asked for more. If we ever need transport again, I know where we'll be going.

Wish I could give them 2.5 stars Disappointing wait time, waited 20minutes outside the terminal after calling and texting updating them on our status (landed, in baggage terminal, ready to go) not to mention the waiting area we were directed to was right next to the designated smoking area. They should be realistic with with customer about the time it takes them to get from their 'waiting zone' to the airport, even when I called again I was told 2-3min, it took them another 7min. I work with a lot of bus companies on a regular basis and have definitely experienced much better service with regards to wait times.

The drivers and the cars were immaculate. Seems a little pricey but the service was faultless & professional. My main gripe was trying to get a receipt out of these guys. Nothing on web site, tried chat - left several messages, no reply. Left voicemails, no reply. Eventually got a email from accounting with my receipt. Next trip I tried email accounting directly for a receipt - email bounces. I need to call. I needlessly spent an hour or so chasing this down.

One of the most professional companies I have ever delt with. They arranged a fantastic, one day Napa trip for us and our friends. Samantha, Gina and our driver, Victor were awesome! They went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

I use this company often for when our company's president needs it, which is quite often. They are always professional and accommodating. I've called ahead of time and I've also done last minute calls, regardless, they have been great! My boss has never complained to me about them. They even call you if the driver is going to be late for a pickup. Great customer service!

Black tie transportation is a class act! Manager Debbie was so accommodating and flexible as I had a complicated gift certificate situation. She was very personable and made it easy to work with her. The vehicle that she suggested for us was a nine passenger Mercedes sprinter it was probably one of the most comfortable vehicles I've been in a very long time.

Super clean pretty much brand new. Our driver was Ron who was 1. On time 2. Courteous. very polite 3. Knowledgeable of the vehicle and the city itself The 8 of us That were on this trip made the unanimous decision that going forward we would only recommend Blacktie to all our family and friends. From the first phone call my requests were handled professionally and they gave me options which is so much fun for planning a special occasion. My fiance reserved a bmw with champagne and he proposed that night! Another time we picked up our in-laws at the airport and it made them feel so special and my husband and I didn't have to lap around sfo so many times and fight traffic.

We rented a shuttle for our corporate group in an Escalade and the driver Matthew was so kind and knew us by first name which was so personal. The rides are clean and shiny all beautiful rides not cheap but worth every penny.

I hires black tie transportation for my moms bachelorette party. My fiance recommended them. First person I spoke too is Jennifer. She's amazing. I was working with a tight budget and she was able to accommodate that along with her throwing some special request. Comes the day off the party, our driver James arrived promptly. He was a very cool, safe and experienced driver.

He was very understanding and took care of us well. All in all I will definitely use them again. I am actually considering on hiring them for my wedding. Thanks black tie for making my moms night memorable.

I had to opportunity to ride on one of their mini-buses on a wine tour to Napa and was very pleased with the professionalism and how nice the experience was. Eight hours with a rowdy group of tipsy adults can be trying for the most professional of chauffeurs but everything was superb. We were picked up in downtown San Francisco and went to three vineyards in Napa and even stopped at a restaurant on our way back before being dropped off at our hotel.

There was a cooler with ice on the bus we were allowed to put our drinks in, or course we brought alcohol! We were allowed to play the music we enjoyed and connect to the bus speaker system. The A/C was great as it was a very warm day up there and it was just a great experience all around.

We called Black Tie 5 days before a Celebration of Life at our home. We were hoping they could accommodate our needs given the short notice. From the first call to the last shuttle drop off, Black Tie made this is a seamless process for us. The 13 passenger van was spotless inside and out. Our chauffeur, Roger, showed up right on time and when I met him he already knew exactly what we wanted him to do which was shuttle guests from the bottom of our street to our home at the top of a hill.

For four hours Roger shuttled our guests and in between when there was some downtime he was so gracious in giving some of the kids a ride up and down the hill just for fun! We found the cost for the services we received to be very reasonable. We would definitely use Black Tie again!

This van just side clipped my right mirror and continue to go with stoping. Time 5:35pm 9/4:2018. Dixon landing road off 880. It is a 3 lanes merging into two lanes section of the street. The van came from behind in lane #3. I'm in#2. It's clear that I have the right of way. He clipped my mirror and continued to run. It was a closed call. My mirror is scratched and I am sure the vans body also scratched up. Further more, mr operator, you are damaging your company's reputation.

Highly disappointed in this company. Was excited to book based on the wonderful google reviews, got a contract, gave a deposit only to find on my wedding day the limo was not waiting outside our hotel as contracted? I call the representative who can't find my contract and accuses me of not "reconfirming, " my apologies but I thought a contract and deposit secured the reservation?

Long story short, we were unable to get the photos we were hoping for because we couldn't find a car to fit the entire bridal party on short notice and ended up driving my own car to venue, not to mention the embarrassment. Only explanation I got was it was an "oversight." Would hate for this to happen to someone else, be extra cautious.

During a recent trip to California with some friends, we wanted to go out for a night on the town and I was in charge of getting everything setup at the last minute. We got a limo from Black Tie Transportation and hit the town and everything went perfectly. The driver was able to help us find the best spots to go to and the ride was terrific. I also have to hand it to the driver.

My crew got a little rowdy as the evening progress and the he never seemed annoyed with the group of increasingly drunk people carrying on loudly in the back. If you know my friends, you know that takes patience.

As a very frequent traveler, I've used many transportation services both nationally and internationally. Black Tie is the best, hands down. From the interaction and professionalism of their reservationists (thank you Kelly) to their always on-time drivers and the impeccably maintained vehicles, these guys know how to do business right. Little things count - confirmation calls, a bottle of cold water on the way home from a long flight, consistency and a commitment to doing things right. I happily recommend Black Tie to anyone.
