Submitted request for quote online for transportation to Logan. Waited a week with no response. Called phone number three times and was purposely hung up on each time. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We've used Border since they were in Chelmsford MA decades ago. We like their office staff and ease of reservation. We like their vehicles. And generally, we like their drivers. But it has been a mixed bag with the drivers and our last experience has us looking for a new service after all these years. Our last driver from Logan to our home in Chelmsford was on time and where we expected him to be.

He got us home in one piece. That's the best that can be said about him. He talked the entire trip, about himself. He complained about having to pick us up. He questioned our mask usage. The worst was his aggressive driving and "talking" to the other drivers on the road. He was angry, self-involved and didn't care about our comfort until our neighborhood was in sight.

Then he became genial, probably for a tip or to avoid this review. Both my husband and I were alarmed at his unprofessional behavior and scary driving. We will not be using Border again because of this one driver.

Please be forewarned, that this is not the best limousine company to hire. I returned from a long work trip and needed to quickly reserve a limousine for the wedding party for my brother's wedding. I called five companies in the area and the only company that had availability was Border Limousine. This should have raised a flag, but I was short on time, and decided to move forward with a reservation that consisted of a limousine to the wedding and a shuttle bus for the return trip.

Four things stand out as to why you should avoid this company: 1. The limo was late. The company will say they were only 5-10 minutes late. However, we assumed the limo would be 10-15 minutes early, which is normal, so the 5-10 minutes late was really 15-25 minutes late. This added unnecessary stress before the wedding and prevented us from getting photos near the limo.

The company will also say it was raining, they had to take it slow, and the limo needed to be cleaned prior to picking us up. Please realize that it has been a very rainy summer and it was quite obvious that it would be raining all day Saturday - this was not an unknown and they should have planned better. 2. After the wedding, the shuttle bus driver refused to move for the bride and groom's limo.

This was very disrespectful and could have been easily avoided by moving the shuttle bus. The company told me that they spoke to the shuttle bus driver and that the driver said there was no request for the limo to move. It seems to me that this would be an obvious response from the driver or he would possibly lose his job if he admitted to not moving for the bride and groom's limo.

In addition, the shuttle bus driver seemed young and appeared nervous behind the wheel while he was driving us home, but apparently he has been with the company for 15 years. 3. I feel the company double charged me for gratuity. The spokesperson said gratuity was included in all wedding packages. However, on the day of the wedding, I could not remember if gratuity was included. Having spent 10+ years in customer service and knowing the importance of tips, I checked my email confirmation which stated: "*All quotes and rates Do Not include gratuity for the chauffeur.

If no gratuity is specified or presented to the chauffeur, a standard 20% gratuity will be added to the Total Due after the reservation is complete." Needless to say, that we gave the drivers cash tips, only to find out later that is was really included and again, I feel like we were double charged. Why would our email confirmation not state: "gratuity has already been included." 4. Fourth, and possibly most important, was the rude and confusing customer service.

I tried talking to the wedding specialist Angela, who said she was a manager, but then seemed to not be a manager, because she couldn't address my concerns. Angela said she would email or call me, but nothing. I called back several times and then spoke with Jeremy, who was said to be the owner, but is really the director. Jeremy was to call me back or email me, but again nothing. Finally, Jeremy seemed to be satisfied with their decision to accept the shuttle bus driver's word, to be okay with being late, and refused to reimburse me a portion of the double gratuity. All this said, there are plenty of other limo companies in the greater Boston and greater Nashua area and I hope you do not make the same mistake as we did. Thank you.

UNRELIABLE! For the 3rd time in 5 trips, Border Limo has dropped the ball. First it was showing up late, second it was showing up at my house to pick me up instead of Logan Airport (seriously?!). The last straw was when they called us 12 hours before we were to be picked up to be brought to the airport saying they wouldn't be able to pick us up.

No effort to rectify anything, but they did offer to refund my money. Well thanks a lot Border Limo for consistently failing to meet your most basic of commitments: show up when and where you say you will. The groupon offer is constant for a reason folks, because that's the only way they can get business. Low cost = low reliability. Plenty of other competitive and reliable options out there. Avoid Border Limo at all costs

Used service from Manchester NH to Logan and back. Both drivers were prompt, friendly and courteous. Even stopped for a coffee. Would recommend them.

I have used Border Limousine ten or twelve times. They have clean late model vehicles and each time have arrived on time at both ends of our itinerary. I highly recommend them.

We have been using Border for several years. Their vehicles are great. We've been picked up in Cadillac sedans and Chevy Suburban. Always clean and well maintained. Great drivers too. Especially recommend Eddie. Recommend highly

Ordered a limo for a special party. They sent a party van. I had confirmed the limo 3x. Not only did they send the wrong vehicle, when it did come, it was late. Contacted company and they said they undercharged me and that my booking should have not been taken. Somehow my fault? Horrible experience. Ruined my event!

I can't stand that I have to give any stars to this company. I am writing this in the middle of the night while waiting for my husband to take an hour-long taxi ride at 2:30 am because BORDER LIMOUSINE DID NOT PICK HIM UP. After more than 14 hours of travel my husband arrived at Logan in the wee hours of the morning. Border Limousine was not there to pick him up for his reservation.

Because I had made the reservation, he called me in the middle of the night. The confirmation email had the correct time listed, but the person had written the wrong flight number in it. There is no information in the confirmation email about what to do if they don't show up to pick you up. There is no designated phone number if you should have any issue.

The outgoing phone message when you call does not say what to do if it is after hours, and it lets you wait on hold forever. Frustrated, we tried to leave a message. Only then do you get anything about after hours. The sleepy sounding person who answered the phone was RUDE and said that a driver was scheduled to arrive five hours late (the time of the incorrect flight).

My husband (weary from returning from the unexpected death of his father) had to arrange transportation at 2:30 am from Logan to NH. He is paying a small fortune to Uber home. I am wide awake. Nightmare!

My husband and I had a trip to South Africa planned earlier this year. We made arrangements well in advance for transportation to the airport by Border Limousine. We received a call from Border the day before the pick up to confirm. The morning of the trip, 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up, we received a call telling us that no driver was available to take us to the airport.

No apologies were given. We had a flight in 3 hours from the call and we are an hour away from the airport and we had no ride. We had to drive ourselves and park in the airport lot. It was a two week trip and it cost us over $400 to get out of the airport parking garage when we returned. Totally unacceptable and inexcusable. They obviously DO NOT value customer service. Would not recommend Border and will never use them again.

I have used many limousine services over the years and can say that the experience with Border was as good as any. We purchased round trip transportation to Logan via a Groupon offer. The vehicles were clean, and the drivers were on time and courteous. Communication was excellent and stress free. Up-front, via email, Border made it very clear how the process works and what is included in the pricing ($10 for tolls/fees, and discretionary tip - normally 15-20%).

A day before our departure and arrival, Border called to confirm all logistics. When we landed at Logan, the driver texted me and let me know that he was at the airport and exactly where to find his car. My experience is this is a professionally run company providing comfortable, hassle free service.

This awful company should get negative stars! We paid for a round trip ticket and the driver never came to pick us up. They said they have never heard of us when we called. They said there was no record of the original pickup. Leaving us stranded at the airport. They charged us in full and could only say they did not have any drivers. SCUM BAGS!

Bought an Amazon Local for this company to pick us up at the airport and drive us to the North Shore. The driver (Border24) was late and seemed unconcerned with the fact that we had been waiting. His car was in pretty bad shape. The display panel had several check engine lights illuminated including low tire pressure. I expect a car service to have their cars in perfect working order.

The driver didn't want to use GPS even though he didn't know where he was going and so he required us to give him turn by turn directions home. Most of the way home he complained that our town is outside of their service area and that the "idiots" at dispatch should never have accepted our reservation. He also asked us for directions on how to get to his next stop and seemed interested in narrating our trip back even though we clearly wanted to not talk.

The car also smelled and he didn't have the air on. The worst part was when we arrived at our home late at night he didn't feel out tip was adequate and so he began to yell at the top of his lungs that we needed to tip 20% of the full value of drive (We tipped 15% of the promotional value due to his poor service). He then proceeded to yell that had he known what we were going to tip he would never have driven us and that we should NEVER use Border Limo again.

He didn't need to convince us of that, there's no way we'd ever use these guys again. Oh for Amazon Local Border Limo charges $10 for road tolls, even though there were NO tolls between the airport and our town. Seriously unprofessional, not going to use them ever again. Update. The company said they'd refund the $10 for the toll but ended up charging us an additional $25! Had to call them to fix and dispute the charge. AVOID!

This is the third time I've had a driver be rude to me. I've used this company for years so I keep giving them another chance, and you'd think I'd learn. Sometimes they drive like maniacs, and sometimes they are really rude, don't pick you up in time, and one threatened to charge me more it was 10 after my pickup time because he never called to tell me that he was there (which they have ALWAYS done in the past.).

Some are late to the airport to pick you up, and even though I have used their service for years they seemed not to care when I called and told them. For the $160 roundtrip and the $35 the service insists you tip (even when the driver is rude) it's not worth the hassle. (They'll even charge your card ahead of time) All this rudeness has only happened in the last year. Say goodbye to a customer.

Border Limo is a terrible organization. The drivers are reckless and drive too fast. One lady answering calls, I think her name is Vicky, was completely rude. They have had a number of vehicles repossessed recently. They have terrible credit standing, rely on GroupOn to pay them before they pay their employees. They treat their employees terribly, and are disrespectful.

Including one time where sexual harrasment has been involved numerous times. I am surprised they are still in business. A few drivers smoke marijuana inside the cars and the owner does nothing about it. I would not recommend this service to anyone. They are liars and cheats, and do not respect their customers or themselves.

Ironically I also found Border Limo on Groupon and am so happy that i did. Since the first time I've had the opportunity to use them a few times and have found them to be efficient, punctual, pleasant and affordable. i rarely Yelp, but I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We used their service to take my grandparents out to celebrate their anniversary. Everything went smoothly from the scheduling to being dropped off at the end of the night. The driver was excellent - friendly and courteous. The car was a bit cramped, but that was due to the size we chose, nothing to do with them or their service. We don't often have need of a limo service, but next time we do we will call Border Limo first!

We travel to Logan several times a year. Often on the first flights out. Have been using BL for quite some years and they are always there for pick up exactly when (if not earlier) than they said they would be. No one wants to start a trip stressing over missing a flight. A pleasure to deal with!

Wedding Service on 6/19/2010. We absolutely loved the service, Keith (I believe that was his name) was perfect and we felt so very special!
