Event though mi flight into Boston was delayed several times during the day, when I finally arrived 5 and one half hours after the schedules arrival time, my driver was at the designated pickup location when I left the terminal - no waiting at all and he took me directly to my hotel. That's the kind of service I was expecting. I am very happy with the professional attitude of the service.

The divers were courteous, timely, and considerate even when our flight was a bit late deplaning. The car was pristinely clean and exactly as ordered. When I had to contact the office my messages were returned promptly. We had three passengers and five bags. All were managed for us. We had a very early and very late flight. We were so thankful to have found Boston Limo.

Arranged for limousine service from Logan to avoid long walk to ride share lot. ( Logan airport now dictates all ride share use central parking garage.) And I had several large suitcases that would not all fit inside anything less than an uberxl. That made the price difference small enough to be worth the convenience.

This was personally my first time using Boston Limo as an airport service. Rayan was so helpful in my requests in the airport service. I needed multiple pick ups and drop offs and she was patient with me the entire time and confirmed everything with me once again at the end of the call to confirm accuracy. Sam the driver was excellent, smooth driving and no hard stops or jerks.

A very comfortable ride. All great things from Boston Limo. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for any service. 5/5 Stars! Thank you Boston Limo! We will be using you again in the future.

Only putting 1 star because you have to put at least 1. The worst customer service I have received in my life. Beyond disappointed. Horrible blown speakers. No climate control. MONEY HUNGRY. Forget if you get stuck in traffic. Because every second you're there it will be money out of your pocket. You might as well have booked a private jet because that will be cheaper.
