Honestly one of the best limo services! They are so affordable and convenient services, much better than Uber or any of the other taxi services! Also it's so fun to travel in to prom and other events!

If I could give negative stars--I would! No one from NorthEastern Limo ever showed up for us! On Thursday, June 16 at 3:30, we had confirmation that a limo was going to take 10 kids to a birthday party at Launch in Watertown. The driver called us at 3:30 to say that he was in Boston and would be 25 minutes late. After 45 minutes, my husband called the driver's cell but he did not pick up the phone.

We called multiple more times and no answer. We had 10 kids eagerly waiting in our driveway for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Waiting. And waiting. No one ever showed up to take them to the special party. My son was DEVASTATED. He had begged to have a special ride to his party for an entire year and the limo was his entire birthday gift. We honestly cannot believe that a company could be this irresponsible and heartless. I have called Northeastern Limo now 10 times and no one will answer or return my calls.

I used North Eastern Limousine for my international arrival from Japan and paid for their meet and greet service. After a long flight I wanted my international arrival to be as simple as possible. Though my flight was on time, the driver was not at the international arrivals greeting area when I exited customs. My American cell phone was working and I called the dispatch service.

They told me to meet the driver at the Information booth. Then the driver called me and told me to meet him outside of Hudson News. It was pretty disorganized. I would not recommend this service. Compared with competitors, North Eastern Limousine is expensive.

I 've been a customer of Northeastern Limousine for many years, and I'm very happy with the service, the prices are very reasonable and the service is great! and this company NEVER uses the Groupon Service so I think the person that mention that she got the service trough "Groupon" is talking about another company don't get confuse with the other company "NORTHEAST" Limo.

Used this company at thanksgiving after buying a groupon. similar to the other poster's comment, we waited and waited for the car to pick us up for early AM flight from logan. after 3 calls the dispatcher told us the driver was stuck in traffic on the pike. now, every other car service we've used - every single one - is ALWAYS early to pick up and builds in a little extra time to account for traffic and whatever. we made our flight but not without a lot of undue stress. i won't use this company again.

I booked a 10-person limo through this company two days before a bachelorette party was set to happen. Not only were they friendly and accommodating, but their pricing was significantly better than other area limo companies. We had a great night, the driver was friendly, polite, and flexible with some minor schedule changes. Will definitely book with them again if I am organizing another party in the Boston area.

If I could give negative stars to this company, I would. I requested a car to pick me and my fiance up at 6 AM to take us to Logan airport so we could catch our flight to our destination wedding. At 6:15 there was still no car so I called the main number and a very nice man answered and told me that my request had never been dispatched although I had received an email confirmation.

He told me that he would leave right now and be at my house in 10 or 15 minutes to pick us up. At around 6:30 there was still no car so I decided to write an email to the address that sent me my confirmation and explain how frustrated I was. Now, don't get me wrong, I am so pleased with the driver that showed up and also pleased that they did not charge me for the ride to the airport but the response I received was horrendous (please note, I did not cancel my return trip in my email) "Sorry for what happen this morning but the person who did answer the phone this morning did his best to fix the problem He did get you to Logan by 07:10AM Never mention payment to you or your future husband You're given a FREE ride to Logan for your frustration If this the way you are taking it There is nothing else that we can do By your request your return trip has been canceled no further action is need it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if you do you might end up getting stranded at the airport like we did. We were supposed to be picked up at 6:30 p.m. got to the Limo Pool shortly thereafter and they were not there. After several attempts to reach them, I finally got someone who said that the driver was sick and they were trying to send another car. Needless to say, we waited for over 2 hours and no one showed up.

We had to take public transportation to Quincy Adams and have a neighbor pick us up from there. We didn't get home until after 10:00 p.m. On the trip our the driver showed up 45 mintues late by the time we got to the airport, they were already boarding our plan. Bad experience all the way around.
