I can't recommend this car experience enough. I had many flight changes due to cancellations on the airlines part and this team were flexible and showed such professionalism. They tracked my flight. I showed up and there was a text to greet me that my driver was already there with his number and name. Seamless process getting my bag and heading out to meet my driver. Lovely man drove me 2 hours to NH where I live. I will be using this wonderful service again.

My daughter and I were traveling from Boston to Salem and we hired BTG to take us from the train station in Boston to our bed and breakfast in Salem. We had a delay and ended up getting into Boston late. They were very responsive to the communications, letting us know there would be no issue with a later pick up time, giving me peace of mind during a stressful day.
The driver was very professional and very attentive to our comfort during the trip. Our return trip to Boston was very early in the morning, he was prompt and still so professional at 4:30 am. The car was clean, comfortable and even stocked with water for us. I highly recommend them and if I am ever in the Boston area again I would use them for my transportation needs. Thank you BTG!

This is the second time I’ve used BTG, I can’t even say enough about how unbelievable and amazing their service is. Nadia is exceptional. The customer service, communication, timeliness, comfort, flexibility- I couldn’t ask for better. I am a huge supporter for family owned businesses, and let me say that Nadia is such an incredible human- genuine and kind.
I love the opportunity to have her transport me for work, I wish I had more car trips than flights so I could use them more often. I will continue to use BTG as my only go to for transportation.
