Driver was frazzled from the first phone call. Driver did not come inside to get me instead had to wait and walk through airport traffic and call him to try to find him. (Not sure if greeting customers inside is currently allowed) Entered the car and it was older and a bit of a mess. He started driving and immediately started telling me how his car was overheating and he just topped it off with coolant and now it says it's over heating again.
By this point we had gotten on the freeway in NYC. Within five minutes we were stalled in the fast lane with the driver losing his mind. If you're paying hundreds of dollars for a 30 minute car ride the car should be in great shape, clean, the driver should be professional (not erratic) even under difficult circumstances, and most importantly should not pick up a customer when they knew ahead of time they were having car trouble.
