Everything from the booking to the time Chris arrived was seamless. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the ride to SF and back. Chris was super friendly and arrived early so that gave us time to go over some things and allowed the kids to take lots of pictures prior to boarding the party van. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Everything went smoothly from getting a quote, to booking, to making changes to the itinery, to them contacting me the day before for confirmation, to them arriving early for pick up. Customer service was great. The driver Michael was very professional and communicative. I appreciated that. All the kids had a blast at prom and on the party bus. Used Chic for 20 high school students for their prom. They were prompt and communicative through the whole process. We had to change pick up and drop off location a couple of times due to the indecisiveness of teens. Sukhi was great about being flexible and working with me to make the changes. The driver was on time and great about making sure we had each other's contact info in case of emergency. When I asked my 17 year old if he would use them again he said "Definitely!"

Awesome experience renting a 10 seater luxury party bus with chic limousine! Our driver was very kind and right on time. Got to all of our destinations on time and we were able to extend 2 hours. Went to Sonoma for brunch and to a winery and back to San Francisco. Very reasonable pricing compared to other quotes provided! Would definitely work with them again!

While planning my daughters 21st birthday I took to the internet to find a fun, safe transportation options for party goers! Sukhi was amazing as we started planning! We even had to postpone due to covid and Sukhi was wonderful! She communicated, we planned and adjusted and I had amazing peace of mind. When it finally was time to celebrate, Sukhi again verified our agenda and kept in communication. (As a planner this was huge for me and much appreciated.).

Had a great experience with Chic. Driver was friendly and professional, the Mercedez limo bus was clean, great lights and speakers. Driver was on time and the Bus was reasonably priced. Pretty much as good as it gets!

We rented a party bus for my friends bachelorette and it was worth every penny! Kris was so nice and accommodating. We only had 9 people in the bus but it fits 12 comfortable. They let us bring our own drinks and food. There was even trunk space for extra baggage! Definitely recommend

I planned a birthday party bus trip to Sonoma for 20 people and we had a great time. The bus was very clean and in excellent condition. Seats are very, very comfortable. Everything was perfect on the bus but the best thing was the the great customer service from Chic. Reserving the bus was a breeze and Krish helped me with any questions I had. Our driver, Edgar, was fabulous and accommodated us perfectly throughout our 9 hour trip. I would 100% use Chic Limousine again and highly recommend them for your transportation needs.

Booked a car for my friend's birthday and the experience was seamless and professional from beginning to end. Got a quote on Yelp in minutes and was booked and ready to go ten minutes after that! I had to change the timing and the addresses later, and they were totally accommodating. Our driver Krishan showed up early, had all the addresses in hand.

He was totally on the ball, professional, so polite. He jumped to help me carry bags and chairs to our location. He was terrific. Great job, Krishan and Chic limousine! We had the best night and you helped make it possible!

Requested a quote less than 1 day before our trip via Yelp, company responded immediately with rates and contract. Our driver Krish arrived early, our SUV was clean, stocked and ready to go. Highly recommend Chic Limousine.

Needed a last minute town car into the city for me and my girlfriends. Sent out a couple requests for quote via Yelp. Krish got back to me with a price that was better than other companies who responded, I did have to make sure there were no extra fees that were going to be added to it. He gave me a final price that includes gratuity that was still better and didn't require a minimum number of hours to be booked. Correspondence via Yelp was easy and relatively expedient.

Final confirmation was done via email and payment via Venmo. Krish was early and very professional in appearance and demeanor, he was also a safe driver. Vehicle was as described and immaculately clean with no offensive fragrances or odors. Will definitely hire their service again should the need arise.

Great prices & great service! We rented a party bus for a birthday party & 1 way trip to SF so that we could pregame on our way up. The driver was very nice and allowed us to stop to use the restroom halfway through. We got to the club earlier than anticipated and he was fine with driving around and waiting until our time was complete. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and we had a blast! Will rent again!

We planned a last minute trip to Napa the night before we wanted to go, and Chic limousine responded right away and provided a reasonable rate compared to other companies that responded to our request. Our driver was on-time and friendly, with a cooler of beer and water available. The car was new and clean (we ordered an SUV for 6 passengers). They were always ready in front of the venue to take us to our next stop on our itinerary. They were also flexible as we needed to change up the wineries we visited and had to extend our trip a few hours to accommodate. We would definitely use them again.
