We are thrilled that you have chosen Country Coach Charters to provide your transportation on your special day! Our team knows how important dependable, on-time transportation is to the success of your wedding. We do hundreds of weddings per year so we will be here to help you with any questions or special needs.
Cancellations: All cancellations for transfers booked in a Sedan, SUV or Van must be received (24) hour notice prior to contracted start time will be charged 100 percent of the estimated trip total. All cancellations for Sedans, SUVs and Vans booked for three (3) hours or greater require a 50 percent deposit at time of booking that becomes non-refundable 48 hours prior to contract start time; if customer cancels within two (2) hours of contract start time a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the estimated trip total will be charged.

Darcy and her crew were fantastic! We used Country Coach Charters for transportation and restrooms for our daughter's wedding in Boothbay Harbor, ME. The Mercedes Sprinter cars were great - clean, spacious and air conditioned. The drivers were all friendly and professional. The restrooms were actually gorgeous - we had guests exclaiming about them after they came out! Granite countertops, air conditioned immaculately clean. Definitely not port-a-potties! Anyone needing transportation or restroom services for an event, definitely call Country Coach Charters!

This company never ceases to amaze me as we continue to work with them at events in Maine. The shuttles are always clean, stocked with waters, and the drivers are beyond wonderful. They are welcoming, kind, prompt, on time, knowledgable of the area, and very safe. I will always recommend Country Coach Charters for a shuttle company.
