Services
Certified mechanics and full-time automotive detailers professionally maintain all of our vehicles. An online Preventative Maintenance Database System tracks the mileage and repair of the vehicles to ensure that all routine safety and regulation checks are made on a regular basis. All vehicles are checked on a routine basis to ensure adherence to the safety and comfort levels we require for our guests.
For those members already participating in our Frequent Guest Program, receive $10 off your reservation for each new guest you refer to us. All your friends, neighbors and co-workers are eligible to take part. In addition, your new referral will also receive $10.00 off their first reservation.* Including but not limited to Rockford Airport, O'Hare International, Midway Airport and the Elburn Metra train station.

We took a stretch limo from Sycamore to Midway. The driver was right on time, the limo was clean driver was polite and professional. Our flight back to Midway was canceled and the new flight was 3 hours delayed, they worked with us the whole time and was waiting for us when we landed at midnight. Was differently nice to sit back and relax on the drive home after a long day.

I'm amending my initial review. I booked Dekalb O'hare Limo for airport service. My first ride/ drop off was fine but had issues w my return/pick up. The owner reached out to ME. Not only did the owner RESOLVE the internal issue re communication w both dispatch & driver, he wanted to make things good for ME as well. As a frequent traveler I know things happen & can be no reflection on the company practices.
The owner FIXED EVERYTHING. Again, reaching out to me. I did NOT call. This is GOOD BUSINESS. TOP NOTCH. He's super friendly & accommodating to each customer. This is an excellent company, I recommend them & most importantly I will use their services again.

Service was great, however two months later I found that the credit card I used to book online was stolen and used to make unauthorized purchases. I only used the card for this purchase as the website seemed pretty sketchy. I would still use the company however its quite likely that your credit card information will be stolen.

I had bad experience with this limousine company. The driver came 20 minutes early before the time we agreed on, and then, he tried to hurry us up saying that he had a customer he had to pick up at the airport. And when I said we had agreed at 2:00, he said "it is not my fault." They charge high prices for a 50 minute trip to the airport, $175 and guess what you get?
Bad service. I was compelled to go with them because I needed a big car. When I asked for a van, they send me a tall Lincoln. Do not go with unless you do not find someone other than this company. Be careful!
