If I could give negative stars I would. Booked limo 6 weeks in advance and followed their directions exactly and had my receipt of deposit. Called to confirm 2 days before event but they claim they did not receive anything although payment was made and that they had no limos. So if you want unreliable service, this is the company for you

The booking process: Mike made the whole process painless. Reasonable price and no hidden fees. The process did not even take 20mins Mike handled the booking super fast and Courteous. I made the same day booking around 7 am for a sprinter limo party bus for later that evening for 8 pm pick up. The limo arrived 15 minutes early with the exact limo that was on the email pictures that Mike sent to me.
We were then greeted by a super nice and professional limo driver name Amir. This guy made sure we were comfortable and was very nice to make sure all our request was granted. Before calling this company I spoke with 3 others and got nothing but overpriced and a bunch of hidden fees after they offer you the final cost. Thank you again, Mike and his team and Amir for making this a wonderful experience. Will definitely use deluxe limousine again very soon!

Mike and the team at Deluxe Limo took great care of my client for a very special 40th wedding anniversary event. They were right on time getting my guests from the hotel and bringing them to the clients Bel Air Home. Communication was always quick easy and professional. Already reaching out to them again for another event because working with them was awesome.

It was cheap but its one of the worst you can ask for. The limo was so dirty outside it was gross and they didn't even have drinks inside. They only put 2 bottles of water. It was for a wedding and the limo was for 15 people what was I suppose to do with 2 bottles. The chauffer even asked for tips which I gave because he wouldn't drive if I didn't give him the money first. When I made the call I thought I was getting a great service but I was definitely wrong.

I booked a party bus for my daughters 15 bday and it was a big mess. They send me pictures of a black bus with nice lights and interior n I got a white old cheesy beat up bus for the same price! Driver was rude and didn't know how to get around. they don't even deserve 1 star . Don't waste your money on them go somewhere where they value you n your money.

AMAZING! We called this place and booked a limo, thinking perhaps we would get just a big car, but a stretch limo turned up, on time, to our hotel. Our driver was David and he was awesome, friendly, laid back and professional. We had no idea what was included, but were immensely surprised and super happy that we had champagne, beer, soda, three choices of spirits, all free and at our fingertips.
We requested the driver stop to pick up ice, which he did without question. We requested one of the sights be deleted, he did without question. An amazing ride, which as it turned out, we enjoyed more than the sights. Highly recommend this company - value for money and so much fun! Thanks David - you were the best.
