I have a 2- 2 1/2 hour drive from NYC to Long Island and as soon as I got in the car the driver needed a minute before leaving cause he was on the phone and then driver told me we had to stop for gas. That's like me showing up to my job and saying I left my work at home. You don't fill your tank of gas before getting a client? Tack on an extra 10 minutes to an already long ride

ECL Worldwide is an excellent choice for both corporate clients and the chauffeurs who transport them. I will admit, some client rates may be low, but with a plethora of clients and a team of dedicated staff, the experience on both ends meets the desired goal. There are times that a client may be missed and ECL will bend over backwards to make it up.
There is no surge, so during the storms, you can still expect to be transported in a nice vehicle by a dedicated chauffeur and not be robbed due to the weather. If you are a dedicated chauffeur who has been driving prior to the app insurgence, this is an excellent home to meet your goals! You don't have to wait for the storm to make a living and none of our clients will slam the door or damage your vehicle for the cost of a 12.00 local.lol

Great company to work for if you are a driver. They pre-assign work, direct deposit, dispatchers are friendly and they have a nice Fleet department. The rates could be better but you won't see any $6 jobs like you see from UBER or LYFT! Alot of Corporate work which some pay guaranteed gratuity. They always have work at night. I would recommend giving them a shot!

Driver was waiting at wrong hotel. Had no I.D. number or name listed, and expected me to single him out amongst multiple black suburbans. Smelled awful. Talked loudly on the phone with his friend for the whole ride. Made minimal effort to move for an emergency vehicle, then tailed that vehicle to try and beat traffic. Hit more than one curb. Very dissatisfied.

My wife used this service through work and we decided to use it once for personal travel. A typical fare from LaGuardia to Lower Manhattan is $60. On our personal trip we flew into Newark and they charged us $265 for a roundtrip to Jersey City; 14 miles and usually a $28 -$36 one-way taxi fare based on traffic. WHAT A RIPPOFF. They're explanation, their customers know they are a NYC based company and only travel to LaGuardia so they don't feel the need to mention it when you make the reservation. These guys are crooks. STAY AWAY.

Terrible limo service in Nyc. They are rip off. For driver stay way from this company. You probably make Jfk to Manhattan $52 after at least 2 hours waiting in a good day. Worst day make 36 dollar & toll will go from your pocket. They are affiliated with many company. Commission is very high when you pick up someone from affiliated company. End of the day this company is very greedy company will charge the rider high but you will get very little after there commission & franchise fees. Overall very bad company to work with & always have something wrong with in there system. Total waste of time
