Elite Chicago Limo

I ordered a party bus that fits 30 people for my wedding. The day of a mini bus arrives that only seats 14. I called the number which took numerous attempts and was told that there was a typo on the vehicle type and they blamed me for it. I explained my copy says for 30 people and I paid you for the party bus, but apparently I am supposed to be a car expert and know their type of vehicles and realize it was a minibus they put on accident not a party bus.

I was told I would be called back to see if I could get a partial refund. It's been over a week of emails and no response back and they still have my money for a bus they never showed. DO NOT USE

My girlfriend surprised me for my 30th with a Party Bus to go to Ignite Gaming Lounge and I had to just sing my praises here. John, our driver, was such a funny guy and a great driver. Would recommend them to anyone, and will certainly think of them for my future Party Bus needs!

So I wanted to book a limo for St. Patrick's Day Weekend and their website says a limo was available, the price included gratuity and taxes w/ surcharges, hourly as directed, and I was renting for 9 hours, but I had a weird feeling the charges were a little on the low end and decided to call to confirm everything. I called later in the evening yesterday (February 22, 2022) and no one answered the phone after I called 3 times.

I called the next day (today) and finally the lady answered the phone and was kind of rude. She said they didn't have a limo available on the day I asked for despite their website saying there was, she wouldn't give me a price quote and completely disregarded my question about the quote, she said there was only a sprinter van/bus available for the day I asked for then I proceeded to ask how much that was and she disregarded my question AGAIN and proceeded to ask where inwas going for 9 hours.

I then said cruising and sight seeing, etc. She then said they DONT OFFER HOURLY AS DIRECTED (once again) despite their website saying they do. I explained the company's website to her and she told me you can go through with the website, but if I do it will kick back to her and she would then have to call me and tell me there is nothing available and have to refund my money to me because of it. Elite most definitely needs to update their website and get a little more organized!

We took an Elite 30 person party bus for a birthday party trip to the casino this weekend and had a fantastic time! The driver was on-time and super polite and accommodating the entire night. The bus was clean (Before we partied on it all night! Hahah) and they provided soda and water which was a nice touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend Elite to anyone needing a party bus in the Chicago area. It was also easy to schedule and the lady working the phone line was super nice and gave all of the details I requested. Thank you!

We had a 30 person party bus for our wedding over labor day weekend and it was great! They were early for the pick-up which we appreciated, followed our itinerary to a T, and were very accommodating. Couldn't recommend more!

I was in Chicago on an anniversary trip with my girlfriend. I ordered a 10 passenger limo pick up and drop off which was a 30 minute drive. The limo was extremely outdated, seats torn up upon entry and the partition wouldn't go all the way up. Mind you this was after a 2 hour private sail to get back to the Airbnb. $130 for a 30 minute ride I at least expect a decent ride but the driver was polite at the least.

Jerry was awesome and the limo was on time, clean and in great condition. The scheduler is also very sweet and professional. Will DEFINITELY use them again!

Tina saved the day! This company is incredible. Best customer service! She went above and beyond to secure a reservation the day before an event. Our other service (M&M limo) was cancelled with no communication of that. Elite is honestly elite. Will definitely use in the future!

Our bridal party had an amazing time on our bus. We had the Bellagio and it was super roomy! The folks doing customer service know what they're doing. They're very friendly and accommodating. Our driver was patient with us as we took a bit longer than expected for some of the photos. Can't recommend them enough!

I decided to get elite party bus because my group had over 20 people. I wasn't sure if the photographer and my in-laws would ride with us so I chose to go bigger. I got the 30 passenger party bus and boy did I make a good decision. Fist, the ride was great. It was colorful and fun, the bus having two coolers really helped to get my group going with the drinks.

So thank you for that. The driver was friendly and easy to work with. A huge plus was the extra time I had before the ceremony. I added 30 minutes extra for my arrival (after the boys were already dropped off at the church) and that really helped me keep my cool. With good planning and coordination your wedding day can be perfect. Trust me. Oh, Elite also offer in-house fleet viewings, which I didn't do, but it's good to know that there's an option for that. After all, when in doubt, go see the vehicle in person. Easy. You will see exactly what you are getting. And oh boy, you are getting a nice, spacious, fun Party Bus.

By Far the best Chicago Limousine Service I have ever gotten! This Chicago Limo company was prompt, reliable, and most importantly affordable. I thought that I was treated like a king while my buddies and I had the time of our lives.

My assistant always books Elite for our company outings. They have Mercedes Sprinter luxury vans and they're perfect for our group of ~12. The driver always has some refreshments ready and we normally bring a bottle of wine or two with us.
