We just used this awesome party bus for my daughter's prom. From start to finish this was a great experience. The reservation process was smooth and very clearly communicated. The driver was on time, very professional and could certainly handle a group of teenagers. The party bus was clean and really roomy. The kids had a great time and I felt confident they would be safe. I will hire their services again and I recommend them!

Rented the 30 Passenger Party Bus (from 6p to 1am) for our daughter's Junior Prom with 20 other kids, it was the best experience ever! Not only did they give us a great deal, they were on time picking up the kids and bringing them back home, "T" the driver texted me when the kids were dropped off (with pics too!) and texted me when they were on the way back! Ghalib was awesome in all the accommodations and the kids just had the best time ever (parents were also very impressed!). Thank you again Ghalib and "T" we will be using your company again next year for their Senior Ball!

I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone! The review about new management changes is rubbish, the owner does not care about customer service and will treat you with no respect. On November 16th I rented a limo from American Fame Transportation (Empire Elite Limo), and had the worst experience. It is laughable how terribly I have been treated.

After a month of research for the perfect limo company to use for my husband's 30th birthday tour to Napa, I decided to go with American Fame Transportation (Empire Elite limo). I made this decision because of a good rate and a photo the owner Ghalib sent me of a beautiful 20 person limo. Ghalib had me sign a contract for the limo promised and even made me promise to pay$150 per hour if a breached contract.

On the day of the trip Ghalib was the only one who breached the contract, he sent a limo that was half the size of the one promised. We were crammed in the tiny limo and barley had room for our stuff. After the trip I called Ghalib to understand why I was not delivered what I paid for. After a email explaining the issue and me requesting compensation he only offer a measly 10% discount on my next rental.

I decided to do some research and noticed that the limo we received came out to $280 less than what I was charged. Not only was I not given the limo promised but I was over charged too. I requested that I be reimbursed for the difference and that is when Ghalib blew up on me. I was told that asking for the full difference was greedy and that I didn't need the room of the larger limo anyway.

My husband and I were hung up on and told that we didn't matter to his business. We have been denied the refund and told we shouldn't have requested a limo that large. Please listen to my advice that this company will not treat you like a valued customer. They pulled the bait and switch on me, don't think they will not do the same to you!

MAY 12, 2013. I am changing my review to a 4 star from my 1 star previous post, because even though Limos.com failed me, Empire came through for me. After cutting Limos.com out of the deal and contacting Empire directly - they advised that they had a shuttle bus available for my son's prom. Not ideal since we wanted a party bus - but they came through with that too in the end!

Our driver was very professional and courteous, even arriving early for pickup. The evening went without a hitch and the kids had a blast! Thank you so much for saving the day.

I read a review saying that they were under new management and that the reviewer had a great experience, so I figured, why not try out their Groupon for an upcoming trip I'm taking to the airport? I've bought numerous Groupons and have never wanted a refund because of the company, but this guy was in a league of his own. In the fine print section of the Groupon, there is mention of additional fees for tolls and early or late pickup - no problem, I'm on board with that.

I called to setup my reservation and as soon as I mentioned Groupon, the business owner stated that there are additional surcharges for fuel and other various costs that amount to $40 each way. I was only traveling 20 miles. The Groupon made no mention of the surcharges and the owner refused to honor the Groupon contract. He essentially hung up on me while I was speaking, talking over what I was saying and telling me to resolve my problems with Groupon before he hung up on me.

No customer service, no idea of what a binding contract is, no remorse. I called Groupon to request a refund and they informed me that they have received numerous complaints about the company and issued me a refund right away. Save yourself the trouble and find a better company.

I am extremely DISAPPOINTED about the service (or the lack of) from this company. I'm giving them one start because I cannot submit my comments without any, but this is exactly what they deserve. I bought a Groupon a few weeks ago on a Sunday. - I called on Monday and left a message for them to return my call. - They didn't return my call on Monday, so I called back on Tuesday.

The call went straight to their voice mail, but I got the message that the voice mail was full and wasn't accepting more messages (already not a good sign!). - I called them back on Wednesday. Finally somebody picked up the phone and told me they were going to call me back because they were very busy. - They called back and when I told them that I needed a ride to the San Francisco airport and that I wanted to use the Groupon that I had bought.

Then they told me that on top of the Groupon I had to pay another $39. - I told him that I understood that the toll and the service fees were not included, but that didn't add up to the additional $39 he was asking for. - Then he started talking about some "additional charges" that "he didn't have to explain to me and that he was also very busy." He was SO RUDE that I just told him I didn't need the service anymore and I hang up. Needless to say I will NEVER use this company neither I will recommend it.

First let me say that this company is under new management, so the older reviews may not apply to this company any longer. I was concerned about these older reviews, but took a shot and was glad I did. We contracted for a van ride home for 8 people on New Years Eve at 2:15 am from San Francisco to Menlo Park. This is the only company I contacted who did not make me rent a limo for a mimimum of 6 hours.

I got quoted a flat rate, which was very reasonable given the night I needed the service. The contract was straightforward and a phone call quickly answered any questions I had about it. On the afternoon of New Year's Eve I had to call them to see if we could drop off some of our party in San Carlos. This was not a problem, and only added $20 to our total.

The event we attended in San Francisco ended a little earlier than anticipated so I called Empire and they said that the driver was on his way. The surprise of the evening was that we were sent a stretch limo as our ride home, instead of the anticipated van. Wow! The driver was friendly and courteous, knew about the extra stop and got us there quickly and safely. I would use this company again. Reasonable rates, flexibility and reliability. Who needs anything more?

Our group had a reservation for our prom, and we sent in the paperwork and payment. And they have horrible communication. We called them to confirm if our paperwork was reserved and they said they would check and call back. They never did, so I called them again and they specifically said "You're all set." And one week before the actual date we need the bus, we get an EMAIL (not even a phone call) saying that we no longer have the bus because someone else reserved it. And they said it was because we sent it in after the deadline which they never mentioned to us before. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This car service was for a business trip, so after calling several companies I finally selected empire elite limo because they gave me the best deal. They were not only the friendliest, it was also one of the least expensive. The Escalade that arrived for pick up was clean and on time and the driver was professional. I would probably choose them again if they give me the same deal.

This company looked great when I started looking for limo companies.they responded quickly and had a great fleet. But when I downloaded their forms there were tons of spelling errors and they seemed pretty unprofessional. They asked for a copy of credit card and driver's license which made me uncomfortable as well. When it got closer to the date of my event i started calling to confirm things.

Each time i called it seemed something had changed. Either the party bus seated a different number of people than they told me before or the bus couldn't be there at the time we wanted. Then, the week before my event, the company's number went out of service. When i finally got a hold of them on a private number they told me the bus wasnt available anymore, that all they could give me were two stretch limos.

They were extremely unprofessional. I ended up switching companies at the last minute because i was worried they wouldnt show so I dont know if they would have arrived or not. This company doesn't even own their fleet, they are a third party that gets them from other companies. Do not use this company if you can avoid them.

Never, never, never use this place! I don't even want to give them 1 star. Our group had a reservation this Saturday for a van to take us wine tasting for a bachelorette party. (Let me also add that this weekend had been planned for a couple of months and the reservation was made almost a month ago.) The van was supposed to be there at 11:30.around 11:45 I called the 800 number, which apparently has been disconnected, so, I'm starting to get a little nervous. Then, we called the local number - not disconnected, but we had to call several times before someone answered.

When finally someone did answer, I explained that we had a reservation, yada, yada and the guy at Empire said he'd try to get in touch with the driver. He called back a few minutes later to say he "couldn't get in touch with the driver. Not sure what happened." Um well, could you send another car? "I guess we could, but it will be 2 hours." So, basically, making a reservation means nothing!

The guy was completely rude, unprofessional and offered no alternate solutions. Luckily, after some searching, we were able to find another company that had an available car and the driver was great. Lesson learned: don't let your event be ruined by using Empire Elite!

I agree this company deserves NO STARS! By far the most Unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. The first time I was calling around to book a party bus this company gave me a pretty good deal. They said it would include tip and gas all included in the price. So I call back the next day and the price is much higher then the day before.

I told them that is not the quote they gave me and the response I got was "well there was a special yesterday"! Then I finally have them agree to get the first price and I booked it. This is for my bachelorette party. I get a email last night! NOT a phone call but a email stating We are sorry to inform you that your party bus reserved on 05-01-10 is no longer in service due to a factory recall.

It was returned to the manufacturer. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We have a 16 passengers party bus available and a 12 passengers party bus. Thank you Are you serious? No thanks i needed enough room for 27 people not 16 or 12 and also not less then a month before the party! Which is prom night that night! To top it off they won't answer my calls, they work off their cell phones and I can hear the beep that they are on the phone just wont answer or return calls! I would NOT recomend this company!

Location: Guerneville, CA Time: 11:05AM Saturday morning Event: second weekend of Russian River Wine Road Barrel tasting The Situation: The limo was suppose to be here by 11AM so we call Elite and inquire as to the location of our 18 passenger Escalade and this is the answer from the customer service rep "we're not sending a car to that location, you are not on our reservation list" WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT the eff!?!?!?!?.that's really interesting considering the person who reserved it earlier the same week has an email confirmation and verbally confirmed as well.

As you can imagine we are beyond PO'd. We tell them to come up with a solution and hang up, meantime we call close to 10 other companies to see if there is anyway to get a last minute car or two to drive us around BUT of course this is one of the biggest wine tasting weekends and NOthing is available : So we call Elite back and this is their only solution, they can send a bus from San Francisco and it might, best case scenario, be up to Guerneville by 3pm.ahahahahha.um, hmmm that's not so much a solution as a slap in the face!

The Rest of the Story: 3 of our crew graciously accept to be DD's and we pile in 3 cars and hit the wineries. NEVER, Never, ever-ever trust this company for your limo/bus/chauffeur needs.

As an avid party planner, I turned to a new company for transportation services due to their somewhat OK rate and availablility. Not only did I email my reservation, I called to confirm and was told that "everything was good to go for my event, see you at 11AM on Saturday" (which included 16 other individuals). As 11AM rolls around, I decided to call and check in on the status of our ride.come to find out there is no record of my reservation and no limo will be coming. Hmm.

This company did not have a resolution short of 'possibly' sending a BUS to arrive at 3PM. They were to have called back to confirm if the bus was coming or not.but of course I heard NOTHING back even after the entire fiasco and a decision to drive ourselves. This company shows a complete lack of regard for their clients and has zero customer service. Please take this as my warning to you if you so choose to rent from them.
