This was my first time using a service like this to get to Seatac airport for an international flight. I booked a round trip and as nervous as I was Everett Limo Service was in constant communication ensuring that I was aware that they were going to get me there on time and pick me up when I got home! My driver both directions was very good at communicating arrival times and making sure that I felt safe and knew they were not going to forget about me.

I had a luggage issue on my return that delayed my leaving the airport as I had to file a claim with Delta but my driver understood and was patient waiting on me to handle my situation. Both Drivers were safe, friendly and made me feel so comfortable and trusting, I would HIGHLY recommend Everett Limo for ALL of your transportation needs! I will be using them again. tomorrow!

Zero Stars! Scheduled pickup for my 3 bosses & a vendor, and they no showed. Every time we'd try to call they'd hang up on us. So unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

If it's 65-75 a hr and this company only drop off which the location was only 54 mins away, how do we just get half our money back? This company is very unprofessional and the owner who wrote the review is very dishonest! He didn't mention everything he said on the phone but I'm glad the call was recorded because that's our proof he was unprofessional!

This is the Worst Place ever and the guy Shawn/Sean however he spell his name is very unprofessional and rude! He hung up in my face, the limo is raggedy have DUCK tape all on the seats, (I have pictures),t he driver was late and etc. He didn't offer a discount or nothing and he refuse me my refund smh never again! He call My mom phone yelling at her and accuse her of just wanting a freebie which we dont by the way!

It's my sister first prom senior prom at that! His customer service suck and when I ask for corporate number he refuse by saying he is the Boss! I rather have let my sister ride the Public Bus, Atleast they have RESPECT!
