Galloway Airport Shuttle-Limo

We had the pleasure of using this company 3 years ago to get to our cruise ship in Baltimore. Excellent service, especially with a 3 year old in our group. Looking forward to using them again this year for our trip to Disney.

My Son's Wedding was Saturday - of course i was a wreck but Cross Keys came thru and pulled up in a Lincoln Continental with a well dressed driver (Keith) loaded my bag in the back and helped me and my daughter in law in the car - Air was on and skylights were open - I knew this trip would be good and I could relax on the way to the hotel- Even with the shore traffic and Rt 295 everything went smoothly and I thank Fran for easy set up of quote and emailed me the quote and Keith the driver who was very friendly and helpful - Yes I will use you again in the future and highly recommend!

Booked 2 vehicles for my daughter's wedding with Fran she was awesome! The drivers were courteous ang helpful and on time. The vehicles were very clean. Will definitely use them again.

Our flights were cancelled and we needed to rebook everything for a new day last minute and they were very accommodating. I rented a party bus for a 16 hour bachelorette day through this company. The receptionist is so sweet and helpful! Don our driver was so accommodating and patient! For a 16 hour day, the team really was exceptional and valued the bus in super reasonable amount for all that time! I would highly recommend and book through them again!

Everything about my experience with Cross Keys Coach was excellent. The quoting process (through Yelp) was simple and Don replied promptly every time. When I called to firm up the details, I dealt with Fran and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was originally looking for no-frills transportation to and from Citizens Bank Park, but after discussing my plans, the reason for the trip (wife's 40th birthday), and the number of people being transported (9), she recommended the limo bus.

Best decision ever! George (our driver) arrived with the coolers stocked with ice and bottled water, the AC blasting, and the laser lights and music going. Everyone, from my 6-year-old son to my 73-year-old father, enjoyed the ride to and from the game. We had agreed on a 10:30pm pickup time, but the game was moving slowly and then there was a rain delay, so George texted me to let me know that he would be happy to change the pickup time so we could see the whole game.

So incredibly courteous! He even took a bunch of pictures of our group before and after the game and then sent them to me the next day. I will definitely be using Cross Keys Coach (and requesting George) in the future.

Warning and word to the wise, do not even attempt to work with this company. Beyond unprofessional, had reached out and was impossible to finalize contract with (due to need a few changes of details in the contract being incorrect). I was told party bus was on hold for me only to be screwed and called a week before the event and being told the owner gave it away to another wedding group they were working with the same day.

I had called daily and emailed everyother day for 2 weeks to finalize with no return emails or calls. If they tell you have it reserved for you - do NOT believe them. After working in the customer service industry myself for many years, I am blown away how this can even fly. Do yourself a favor and do not even call. To add insult to injury they said they would help me secure another bus, but that was a lie.

Great service! On time and reliable. Expert drivers. Professional and courteous. Won't go anywhere else! Highly recommend this great company! Cars are clean and stylish. Brand new.

On time, great communication, I am definitely booking again with Cross Keys Coach! The Lincoln SUV was a great alternative to a typical town car. Our driver was helpful in showing us around Philly!

What an amazing professional experience! We hired Cross Keys Coach to shuttle guests between the hotel and wedding venue for our son's wedding. We had two beautiful vehicles and the two drivers were helpful, professional, and thoughtful. We could not have asked for a better experience from the time that I called to inquire to the last shuttle drop off at the end of a long, beautiful day. Once again, Cross Keys Coach provided excellent service door-to-door from my home to JFK and back. In spite of accidents, traffic and numerous detours; Tom was calm, cool, collected and the ultimate professional. We arrived on time and everything was great.

We had three wonderful experiences with Cross Keys Coach- the first was limo service for our wedding party, and the second and third were with Lee for our honeymoon airport transportation. Cross Keys was consistently professional and timely. It was a relief to be able to have this reliable business take care of our transportation needs. Lee was particularly wonderful, chatting with us to the airport and easing our pre-flight nerves. We will definitely use Cross Keys again! Highly recommend.

Are you kidding me? The quote i received was triple the price every other company in the area quoted. In addition, they promised a call back two consecutive times which did not occur. Moving on to more affordable and trustworthy companies.

I hired coach limo to pick up family from the airport and drop them off at my home. The driver did not get out of the car to put their bags in nor did he remove their bags when they arrived, same thing with the pick up and drop off back at the airport. I paid a gratuity, helping them with the luggage is a part of that. He was also 45 minutes early picking them up for the return trip so my relatives felt rushed to go.

I called the owner about my concerns, he told me that even if he was there early that they didn't have to leave early, which is fine however, why not tell me prior to the arrival that he might be early but that they wouldn't need to leave early. All they had to do was inform us of that.

Great service. The woman who did the booking over the phone was great. Very friendly. The gentleman that picked us up on our return didn't seem to happy because we took to long going through customs but hey it's the philly airport. Both the pick up (the pick up gent was super nice) and return to airport was seamless. I have used in the past and will most likely in the future. Total professionals.

Fantastic experience! Took me, my 13 year old daughter and her friend to Zac Brown concert in Hershey PA! CKC made them feel like rock stars! Highly recommend!

Very professional and reasonable priced car service; perhaps most importantly, Woody the driver was early to pick my parents up both in NJ and in Philadelphia. The town car was clean and comfortable and I was able to relax from 250 miles away while Cross Keys Coach took care of my elderly parents. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

I wouldn't recommend Cross Keys. Although they were on time, the driver was a little too familiar for a group of 5 girls. He (Mike) hit on our one friend over the phone and it wasn't appropriate.

My siblings and I threw a "Trip Down Memory Lane" party for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We took them to over 15 places - where they met, where they got married, their first home, etc. Some places we stopped, others we just drove by. Cross Keys Coach did an AMAZING job! The limo bus was great. Clean, on time, stocked with water and ice.

The driver Joe was just great! I was really worried this wouldn't work out considering all the places we visited and the coordination involved. But.not one issue, not one complaint! Love them!

Don the owner of the company actually drove us himself to the AC airport which was really nice. It's rare that the owner will take care of you themselves. The vehicle was clean and more importantly on time. It was us who was late. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We purchased one of their wine tours and had an amazing time! It wasn't the newest limo but it was still very nice. Our driver was very sweet and was great. I would go back to them again.
