Very upset with this company. We had an open bar and wanted the shuttle for transporting guest back to the hotel. The "Last" shuttle did not let anyone know it would be the last and we had over 30 intoxicated guest left stranded at the barn. When I called the owner he said there was nothing he could do. Not having resources like uber or Lyft many of our guest were left driving intoxicated due to not having any other options.
I also stated on my contract that I was paying with a check or cash and they charged my card the day of without asking, and added the extra 3.75% fee along with it. I am one unhappy bride.

We had a shuttle service from Heaven Sent Limousine for our wedding that took guests to and from the hotel to the reception hall. We were very pleased with our decision to have a shuttle and Heaven Sent was very reasonably priced compared to other companies. Jeff was very friendly and professional, easy to contact, and always returned my calls/texts/emails right away. Our driver was prompt and did a wonderful job transporting our guests. We would highly recommend Heaven Sent Limousine for your transportation needs!

By far one of the most professional limousine services I have worked with ever. I enjoy spoiling my wife with limousines, and frequently take them whenever we go places or to the airport. This particular time, we took this limo to and from Chicago Ohare Airport with 4 of our friends on a trip to Jamaica. Jeffery, the owner was more than accommodating.
The driver Jeremie was GREAT. He got us through a snow storm and on time. I highly recommend this limousine service to anyone who enjoys the luxurious comforts of a stretch Chrysler 300 limo with impeccable service, communication, and staff.

I can not express enough how amazing our experience was with Heavensent Limo. We contacted Jeff to set up a stretch limo to pick up our family and take us to the airport ( 10 of us!) Jeremy was outstanding! We were picked up after our trip at the airport by Ian and he too was just amazing! They handled all of our luggage, were on time, . extremely nice.
We are using this company again this weekend for one of our kids proms. They are so accomodating. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making this such an amazing worry free trip for us!

Booking this service was very easy and accommodating, however we booked this for my sons prom, so we had 8 kids in this limo and the driver was smoking in the car with them. Then when they asked if they could open the windows or if he would put up the privacy window they were told that it was broken. same with the sun roof so they could get some fresh air they could not open any windows in this car. well then the doors did not open at all from the inside they were broken as well and only the driver could open them from the outside of the car. this is a huge safety concern for me. what if something would have happened those kids would have been trapped in the car.
