Hollywood Limousine Service

We used this service for my wedding about a month ago. My wife and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. He was on time and everything went perfectly. He even surprised us with a red carpet outside the bus for my wife and I. The owner was very nice and professional was a very nice we appreciated everything he did. We had a great time and would highly recommend it!

This is the worse limo service you could ever use. I payed them for transportation during my daughters wedding. Plans and and a schedule was given to the limo service and the owner of the company almost a year prior to the wedding. They arrived late to pick the bride and groom up to take them to the wedding ceremony. Then the brides limo and the grooms limo both took them to the wrong locations even after the wedding planner, the bride and myself went over the plans with them multiple times prior to the event day and the morning of the event.

The ceremony started an hour and a half late because of this company. Not only did the drivers arrive late but we believe that the owner (who was driving the party bus) was intoxicated. The party bus was suppose to be stocked with champagne and only had water. My daughter did not get pictures (which they paid a photographer a lot of money for) after the wedding ceremony due to the poor punctuality of the limo service. This company turned her wedding into a nightmare and I would recommend that you never use this company and you take your money somewhere else!

I am warning you, do not use this limo company! Not only were they about an hour late for picking us up for our wedding, but they drove both limos to the incorrect location even though we went over the details with them multiple times. On top of making us an hour late for our wedding, we believe one of the drivers was intoxicated. This is a terrible way to conduct business.

Please listen to the other reviews and go elsewhere for a better limo service. We had no time to take our pictures after our wedding and that's something we can never get back. I am really disappointed with the service we received. If I find a way to sue them, I will.

My recent experience with Hollywood Limo was horrible, to say the least. I recently got married and made my reservation with Hollywood Limo months ago; having multiple conversations and emailed a DETAILED itinerary down to the minute to the owner- who confirmed the receipt of the timeline. When the driver arrived, he not only didn't know where he was going, he drove very slowly/inefficiently when I had clearly stated on the timeline the schedule.

I am heartbroken to say that because of this lapse in service, I missed a whole hour of photos/videos of my wedding because of this. We even ended up not using him for the original purpose of taking photos because I was worried wed be too late to the reception. I will never get those moments back. When I called John the owner, in tears, he blamed it on telling the drive to "take his time" for us to enjoy the limo, but neglected to address that I had emailed him SEVERAL schedules with timelines on them- he promised hed call me back to remedy the situation and at least give us a refund on the hour we didn't use him- and he never did. All around, an extremely sad and disappointing experience, and perhaps the only bad memory I will have of my wedding day.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality the worst service we could imagine. very old car, on the wedding day without any decorations on the outside. the company was supposed to provide us with drinks in the limousine, we only got water. I do not recommend it very much

On time and super professional, the limo bus was an amazing experience, everyone had a great time and the driver made sure to take photos of the moments that we couldn't, which was a surprise pickup of my aunt for her surprise birthday party. Very professional and a super fun experience highly recommend their services. 5 stars.

Best service! Amazing party bus. I saw them at many weddings and finally got to experience myself. My sister rented the bus for my birthday. Super fun, driver really went out of his way to make everything perfect. Highly recommend.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. They were 1 1/2 late for my daughter's 13th birthday for 15 kids. They got a flat in the middle of the Expressway on the way home. They wouldn't even give me any of my money back. I was embarrassed. I had parents outside waiting to see the limo. The kids got scared they weren't coming. My daughter and I was crying thinking they blew us off. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER USE THEM.
