What I love the most about Infinity Transportation is that they were punctual, professional and HONEST! During my transport to Ft. Lauderdale Airport the Juan struck up a conversation with me and my mom. Which made us feel comfortable. Unlike some transportation providers, they pick you up and there is silence all the way to your destination. I accidentally dropped my Apple Watch in the back seat, while searching through my purse.
Later that day the company notified me and said that the driver found my watch. I was so happy, because you don't find HONESTY anymore. Everyone is out for self. For being HONEST, punctual and professional Infinity Transportation will always have my business. Thank you Juan.

We hired Infinity Transportation to pick us up at the Miami cruise port, take us for a tour around Miami, stop for some lunch, and drive us to the airport in Palm Beach. Troy Tomlinson was our driver, he delivered all we asked for and much more! He took us around to show us the Art district, Design District, and South Beach. He took extra time to find places to stop for pictures, then drove us to Fort Lauderdale to Coconuts for an absolutely outstanding lunch right on the water.
Then he brought us right up here to the Palm Beach airport, right on time. The van was spotless, plenty of ice cold water, and he was very helpful with bags and any questions we had about the area. I highly recommend Infinity and especially Troy if you are lucky enough to have him as a driver. I was also very impressed with the communication before he picked us up.
The booking was easy, they gave a 24 hour reminder e-mail, and then an email just before pick up with Troy's picture and cell phone number. I never had to worry at all. Awesome job!

This company is great and so is Edwin our driver! The communication was excellent and the understanding our luggage was late to arrive was no sweat off Edwin's back! We had cool water waiting in the vehicle and the service was excellent! The vehicle was clean and looked like it just got out of a detailing shop! Highly recommend!

My husband & I flew into town and he surprise with Rolls-Royce for the entire time we were. Our driver was excellent and such a sweet southern bell name Miranda Sherman. She drove us around for the entire duration of our trip & took us every where we wanted to go. Highly recommend booking with them very professional and courtesy. We are already working on booking them for our trips that we take throughout the year.

Infinity transportation worked with me for my rehearsal dinner on 3.11.22. They were absolutely amazing and even easily accommodated us when we had to push the time back one hour because of delays. The driver was on time, professional, and safely drove us to our destination. I am so grateful to have supported this business and I will be referring them to others as well as using them in future. Our transportation from a Miami hotel to Port Everglades was wonderful. We received an email update confirming pick up a few days before pick up day. There was excellent communication between the company, driver and myself the day of pick up. We received a text from the company telling us our driver was on his way and our driver also texted separately to communicate where he was.
The SUV that picked us up was very well kept, clean and comfortable. Brandon, our driver was friendly, courteous and prompt and got us to the cruise port on time. We will definitely use Infinity transportation again the next time we are in town.

Great job! Easy to communicate with, and I received a number of confirmations the day before as well as the day of. Very helpful so i did not have to worry about it. the driver showed up on time. Our driver aJuan was wonderful. He met us at the baggage claim and got our bag 4 us. My husband is paralyzed on his right side. Juan was amazing helping him get in the car. He was so patient and kind. His friendliness and help is enough to know that I will b using your car service whenever we come 2 Florida.

I was having a horrible time finding a company who would respond to my inquiry for transportation from the Port of Miami to MIA airport until I found Infinity Transportation. Booking was very smooth and efficient. They always answered the phone and promptly answered any questions I had. For pickup everything was outstanding. Received reminders, knew when our driver would arrive and who he was along with his phone number, was notified once he was on the way to the port and once he arrived (both by phone call and text). The driver was great and courteous. Overall the experience was stress free and terrific. Thank you!
