Owners, Jim and Donna Palmer opened the doors to Jimmy's Auto Service in Lacey WA in 1993, and has been bringing excellent customer service to Western Washington. I expected more from this place than just a quick battery replacement after I told them all the issues I was having. I also scheduled them for a diagnostic of my check engine light and they didn't even address that, or mention anything about it when I asked them if they noticed anything else while replacing the battery. A couple days later I called to report that I was having the same issues as before and was told they couldn't do any more work.
I paid over $300 for their service and basically got stiffed. Update: I have taken my car to Alex at AutoTech and they have diagnosed the problems and fixed them in just one week.

Jerry and Jose from the shop made me drive my truck home with the transmission falling out put my life and my family's life in jeopardy had no care for what they had done told me they had enough vehicles they can work on they didn't need to work on mine after having my vehicle for 2 days and telling me today quote on quote that they would have it finished and my truck safe and ready to drive

I have nothing but good things I can say about Jimmy's. Their pricing is great, honest, thorough and quick service. They were able to work with me on a very quick time frame to get both of my cars ready for a long road trip. Jerry went above and beyond to help me. And their oil change is cheaper than any of the chains. I will happily recommend Jimmy's to everyone.

Great & friendly Service. I had done damage to my exhaust pipe and Jimmy's Automotive had fixed the issue within an hour of my appointment. 'Provided an estimate before the work started and offered to call if repair exceeded estimate, which it did not. Great location as well. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within a single block if you have time to kill. I recommend this business to others and will continue to take mine there as well! Thanks!
