Our on-site repair shop offers regular servicing to the vehicles to keep them in top condition. A professional detailer cleans and shines each limo before each run. We want to show you our best face each and every time you use our services.Our fleet of luxury limousines will carry from 8 to 28 passengers, involving Florida's biggest limousine, the 28 passenger F650 known as The Mammoth. We also have a Krystal built, 18 passenger Party Bus with 43" and 15" flat screens and cable for I-phone and mp3's. Our twin, pearl white Cadillac Escaalades make a perfect pair for that two car wedding. And the "Just Married" signs and red carpet roll out for every wedding complete the perfect wedding album photos. The limos are all equipped with mirrored ceilings; backlit bars with crystalware; fiber optic, neon, laser and stobe lighting give you the Las Vegas on wheels atmosphere.

Their website clearly says they go to Port Everglades, bro says "we aren't allowed to go to Port Everglades." That's kind of important since many new clients will be looking for you on the Internet. I submitted an online quote request they missed three days ago. I texted before finally giving up. So ignore the online quote thing because apparently they ain't watching it. Call if you need to get someone. Darn shame. We tip stupid well. Guess I'll have to switch to another company after several great trips over the years with Hot Rayz.

We recently used Hot Rayz for a girls trip from Sebastian to Stuart, FL. Bob was extremely helpful in planning our special night and super accommodating. Christian, our driver was professional and made sure that everyone was taken care of, especially the birthday girl. The vehicle was immaculate and well stocked. I would 100% recommend Hot Rayz for any of your travel needs.

We had a great experience with Hot Rayz! We recently rented the Party Bus for our daughters birthday party. The driver, Mike, was A++! Arrived on time and very professional. Dressed well and polite. Would definitely recommend using this company and having Mike as your driver! We were fortunate enough to have wonderful friends rent a limo for our 20th anniversary celebration. Total surprise! They contacted this wonderful company and specified what they wanted. SO AWESOME! The limo was on time, clean, and well equipped. Antonio was our driver and he was FANTASTIC! We were all totally happy with everything this company did.
They dropped us off and after dinner our friends just text Antonio and he was there in just a matter of minutes. He exemplified courtesy and integrity! When we need this service again we will definitely call Hot Rays.

Our company and our family have been using Hot Rayz for years for fun special events like homecomings, proms, weddings, reunions, New Year’s & birthdays to sad events like funerals. Plus multiple trips to and from the airport. They have always been on time, professional and very pleasant to be around. Needed last minute ride for my son from Orlando Airport to Melbourne, FL. He's never used a car service before, or taxi and I felt better having someone meet him. The driver met him promptly in the airport, was very nice and delivered him safely and promptly. Cost was a bit less than the taxi service quoted us. Very happy and felt it was easier/safer than taxi. Will use again. Thank you!

Best decision I could've made to get my family to and from Orlando airport for our vacation! We went to Orlando in a stretch limo and returned in a suburban, both extremely comfortable. The drivers were pleasant and professional. (Good sports posing for photos with my "star struck" boys when our chauffeurs arrived!) It was really nice to not have to worry about this part of our trip. I highly recommend this company to handle your transportation needs! I will certainly use them again. If it wasn't for Clay, the driver, who was a nice enough guy Hot Rayz would get 1 star from me. First and foremost Bob is the most disrespectful employee a company could ever have on payroll. We requested a specific driver when reservations were made, the day of we call making sure everything was good to go, he then tells us that driver is not available so we willingly accepted and requested another specfic driver. Bob was not happy about this and started getting snippy.
He then reminded us how good of a deal we got which yes we did but I also got a quote for $50 cheaper and included tip from another company, the only reason we went with Hot Rayz was because of those 2 drivers. If I could do it over again I would NOT use Hot Rayz go with the cheapest guy you pay less and still and are treated with respect.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of Hot Rayz limousines. We rented a Limo for my daughter's wedding day. On the morning of the wedding, the Limo company found out that there was a problem with the limo. They went out of their way to make sure we got a Limo, which turned out to be even nicer than the one we rented. We did not pay any extra and the problem was taken care of. That's how you do business and make your customers happy. Great Job Hot Rayz!

Absolutely amazing vehicle and driver. We got the F650 limo for my 40th birthday. It was such a one of a kind vehicle that was so fun to drive up and folks would wonder what famous people were inside. If you want your wedding day ruined, hire these people! He drove way under the speed limit, making me late and just as the rain came in, then covered himself with an umbrella and kept opening the door over me (the bride) after repeatedly being told not to! All of our dresses were wet and he just stood there. My husband said he drove the longest route possible, which didn't even make sense, trying to add more time to get additional money. Never again!

Let's see.where to even start. I would give ZERO STARS! All I requested was I receive the service I contracted for and I certainly didn't! The limo driver was almost an hour late to pick me and the bridesmaids up for my wedding ceremony. Was given all kinds of excuses about traffic, driver kept asking for the pick up address and then didn't know how to get us to the church. Arrived to my own wedding ceremony 20 minutes late and it doesn't end there!
Following the ceremony, I see the hood up on the limo, now I'm being told it over heated. Leaving the groom and I stranded at the church. After all this, the company still had the nerve to charge me the full amount. In exactly a 10 minute conversation with the owner himself, JJ, to inquire about the service received and charged, I was called a: "bridezilla, miserable person, b***h, unintelligent and told to go argue with my new husband".and the list goes on and on.
As a result. I will NEVER use this company again nor would I EVER recommend them to anyone. It was the most important day of my life and by no means did I let this ruin it but what I was faced with and the manner in which I was spoken to by the owner was completely unacceptable and he obviously does not possess any customer service skills or respect for others.
