From the moment I called and Emily answered I knew I had not a thing to worry about. My flight from PHX was arriving about 11:30 pm at MCI, and I was concerned about being picked up late at night in case there were flight delays, etc. Emily was so kind and reassuring that I was put at ease. I'm older & wheelchair bound, which gave my reason for concern.

I really liked the fact that about 1hr prior to landing they sent an Email with the name & photo of your chauffeur. Great idea! When I arrived in KC, Warren was right there waiting for me! (and my flight was half hour late) What a nice man! The ride to Johnson County went by so quickly! Great conversation and laughs! He helped me with my bag and my "chair", bringing me right to the front desk of my hotel.

Robert provided excellent service to our group - both for our original pickup from DFW, and drop at the airport for our return. And picking us up at the airport again after flight cancellations for a safe return to hotel during a snowstorm.

This is the best experience that I've ever had with a limousine service. I have been using limousines for over 50 years. I don't give reviews, but this is an exception. THEY ARE THE BEST.

Bruce was my chauffeur and he was perfect. He arrived a bit early but I in no way felt rushed. I was grateful I didn't have to wonder where he was. He was very pleasant and I enjoyed the ride as much as I could at 4:30 in the morning. The car was clean and I had water available. I felt like I was a very important client. I highly recommend!

Leader has been top notch. We've used several services over the years for our family. We've experience late night arrivals with no car and no answer to our calls to dispatch. I can truly say Leader is a leader. We've landed 2 hours late and our driver is there patiently waiting. We've left our home at 3 AM and our driver was alert, friendly and attentive.

We so often have the same drivers which I appreciate to the point that our drivers recognize our luggage. Our youngest daughter thinks something is wrong if Daryl doesn't take us home. I highly highly recommend Leader.

Driver was there waiting for new when plane arrived at 12:35am. Had same flight another time with a different company and the driver didn't show up and left me stranded in airport. Bruce's professionalism And affable nature was matched only by his penchant for safety and service. Great evening with multiple stops. I would highly, highly recommend him and this car service. I also suggest you invite him to join you in a venue as he is a great wingman and wealth of knowledge inside and outside of a venue who keeps a level gaze, sober head, easy smile and an eye on you and the door should you require. Highly recommend! Beautiful vehicle, clean and very comfortable. Our driver, Jose, took very good care of our family! He was prompt and incredibly courteous! When booking, Tamiko handled everything we needed and went above an beyond to make our trip, hands-down, the very best. They were accommodating in every way! We were even able to request flowers and goodies to surprise our daughter with when we were picked up from the airport. We will definitely be using them again and again!
