We had guests from Europe and Canada who came to NY to attend my daughter's wedding. Since it was in an upstate vineyard I had concerns about the drive from their Westchester hotel and contacted Leros Point to Point. From my very first call they made everything quick and easy. The cost was less than some competitors and the service was excellent. The day before the wedding the driver called my elderly mom and discussed where to meet etc.

The day of the wedding one of the passengers was late, then there was a small snafu but through it all Francisco, the driver, was polite, professional & patient. Everyone arrived on time and the return pick up as well. I highly recommend their services. They made the wedding week a little less stressful.

We used Leros for bus transportation at my daughters wedding this past weekend. The buses were clean and on time. The drivers were spectacular. Jose and Eugene kept in constant contact with me. Eugene was extremely patient catering to our elderly family members, they raves about him. Jose was my point man and kept me abreast of times and any issues. Excellent communication with Leros and their drivers this week. This company is very professional and when you are traveling 90+ miles to/from the airport, they are not much more expensive than a taxi company. My parents used Leros when I was a kid and now I use them for my own travel as an adult. Leros now has an App, which makes reservations even easier. I highly recommend Leros.

My ride home from Newark Airport fell through and I was left riderless the night before an International flight. Leros had been recommended on Facebook so I booked it online from Berlin to Newark at the last moment. They immediately responded and asked where I wanted to meet. We arrived 30 minutes early but our driver had kept an eye on the flights. He texted us to say he was there and where to find him. He was very nice and polite. In the end a possibly stressful situation was super easy.

Have been a customer for several years.always found them to be professional and punctual. Had second thoughts about using them this time around for airport transport only because they had raised their rates way above their local competitors. However, so glad we decided to stick with Leros. The driver Who picked us up at JFK ( Burt) was so worth the money. He made the whole experience a relaxing event. Can't say enough about how good and professional Leros Point to Point is. Herb, our driver, waited without complaints as our exit from the airport was delayed and was there for us as soon as we came out, the brought us home safely and comfortably. I used Leros for our wedding transportation. The drivers were professional and friendly. The negative part of my experience was that Leros did not have the right location on where to drop off my guests to the reception, causing all of my guests to be 30 minutes late and to miss half of the cocktail hour. The only reason the driver knew the location was because one of my guests had to tell him where to go.

When my husband told this information to karley, she said she would relay the information to customer service, its has been 3 weeks and there was no response from them. I would recommend wedding couples going elsewhere for the amount of money it cost.

Leros is my go to for travel needs. Always prompt, on time, professional staff. Easy to make new reservations or changes to existing plans. Much better option than the hassles of Uber or Lyft.

Booking the trip was super easy and was the only company that priced us for 8 hours (others priced at 5 hrs), which fit in 4 stops to the vineyards/breweries from 10:30-6:30. It was perfect for us and pricing ended up cheaper than the other places. The day of, They sent a text to give me the name, car info of the driver. The best part was our driver, Gene, who took us around for the wine tour.

He was very helpful, kind and funny. He made our trip more enjoyable and we loved having him. He was also very flexible with changes we made along the way and truly a professional. If you book through this company, I highly recommend you request for Gene!
