Pam suggested a sprinter party van for my small party going to the Mets game. Every detail of the experience from the van, to the timing of pick-up, and price was exactly as how she described. The driver was on-time, courteous, patient, and made drop-off and pick-up a dream! I can't recommend LI Party Rides enough. Thank you, Pam!

Pam took care of our group as if we were members of her own family. She selected the perfect vehicle for our prom and it was exactly what we needed. The driver she assigned worked fabulously with the kids on the bus and everyone had a wonderful time. Jay was quite cool and responsible. I can't thank Pam and LI Party Rides enough. This is for Pam. 1. continuously calling someone's phone and they have no knowledge that you are going to call is harassment. 2. when you have a confused customer, you give the customer clarification to ease their worries This is my first time booking a limo service so of course I have concerns. I expressed my fears of giving my card information over the phone and found the freeport head office's address on the website.

I then texted her and asked if it would be okay to meet there, you know being that it is a "HEAD OFFICE". She then states that I can only meet her in Merrick or New Hyde Park which is now weird to me because none of these locations are listed on the website. I continue to express my confusion and she completely bypasses it to ask me for a pick up location. This is the weirdest and unprofessional consultation I've ever had. Do better.

Booked a last minute winery trip. Pam was so sweet and accommodating. They did not have the size we needed so she upgraded us at a lower cost. The driver was prompt and the cleanliness of the bus and how it was stocked with whatever we requested was amazing. The driver John went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our trip was a great experience.

He kept in contact and made sure we were OK and never needed anything. He even took pictures for us! Thank you LONG ISLAND PARTY RIDES especially Pam and John for making this trip so memorable! Will definitely be using them again!

I just had my birthday yesterday, and used this company to get to my brunch in the city. Pam was extremely helpful in helping me pick the bus, was very clear and honest about the pricing, and answered any questions and concerns that I had. The day of my birthday, the driver was on time and extremely professional. He got us to the brunch on time, and had us home within the time limit of 6 hours (I think his name was Sergio?) The only thing i would say is that i wish that i was allowed to see the bus beforehand, so that i knew what it looked like, i was given the runaround for that, but not a big deal at all since everything went so well! Will definitely be referring my friends to them!

I had an amazing experience with LI Party rides. We had the range rover and it was spacious and well equipped for a good time. The driver named Luke was very professional and arrived 15 minutes prior to our booking time and drove very safely. Had the best experience with Long Island party rides. Booked them for a day at the wineries! From beginning to end we were treated like family. The girl that books the jobs was super helpful and led us to the right type of car for our party! The party bus was just perfect! Do not use! Their company is a scam! I used them a few days ago and besides for them coming a half hour late, when they finally showed up they came with the wrong vehicle. not only did they come with the wrong vehicle but it wasn't even theirs, they sent a vehicle from a different company. do not use this company! Vehicle was smaller than promised and barely any features that were promised.

The service was phenomenal. Our driver Josh was amazing and so helpful. The limo was clean and I would def. use them again. Thank you Marc for choosing the perfect size limo for our party.

I recently rented a party bus from LI Limos. We didn't have the best experience so I called them to explain what went wrong. They promised me a call back the next day after they spoke to the driver. It's been weeks. No callback. The lack of professionalism is really disappointing. The driver arrived 15 minutes late. He told me that he was coming from Brooklyn & he couldn't help the traffic.

I usually leave earlier when there's traffic and I have somewhere to be, but I guess that's just me. The driver lacked professionalism and was very disengaged. We opened the bathroom door during the drive and a bunch of flies came out. The lever to flush the toilet was missing. I told the driver and he said he knew it didn't flush. After a few people went to the bathroom there was toilet paper overflowing from the toilet.

I paid for a bus with a bathroom and didn't get it. It's even worse that the company knew it didn't work and still gave us the bus. I wouldn't have given them 1 star if they would have acknowledged and took ownership for the problems we had. Not even getting a call back is unacceptable. There's plenty of bus companies on LI, don't waste your money on this one.

Amazing! this is the first I've ever been on a party bus. my friends n i rented the bus from Marc. The bus was huge, all 20 of us fit, it was very clean, the driver was very friendly, and the whole experience was great. I love these guys, will def use them for my future events.

I recently rented a 24 passenger party bus for my boyfriends graduation/birthday party. I have no complaints. They are simply amazing! Joe, our driver, was so nice and very professional. I told them it was a surprise and the bus needed to arrive 15 minutes before our pick-up time; Joe was there two hours early waiting for us. The bus was clean and the lights/electronics/audio cord worked well.

It was also very spacious considering there were 22 adults on board. Mark offers fair prices and Andrew shows you all of your options. I definitely recommend this company for any event. Everything went very smoothly.

I used LI Party Rides for a trip to the airport. The driver was very courteous and showed up 25 minutes before my scheduled pick up time. It was my kids first real vacation and I had just asked for a car service. Mark had surprised us and upgraded us to a limousine and wanted my kids to go in style. Needless to say they flipped out... Book my limo for valentines day 2018. The driver arrive about 15 mins earlier, which was great cause i was able to beat the rush time on the southern state. Limo was clean, had soda and ice. Driver was also helpful since my mom needed to stop at a store before reaching out final spot. Great prices as well for a holiday.
